According to some leaks, Windows 11 Build 22621 is the RTM build of the next major Windows 11 update, while another leak claims that Windows 11 v22H2 get the RTM status on May 24th.
And while Microsoft still hasn’t made any announcements about the release, Windows 11 version 22H2 RTM (build 22621) which was recently released to insiders came without the watermark. One of the leaks was posted by Microsoft enthusiast “Walking Cat on Twitter” who posted May 24th as the RTM date for Windows 11 version 22H2.
Windows 11 22H2 RTM = May 24

Even if this is the final date of the new Windows 11 major update, it may still take months until this release gets to the public. If this is true, on May 24th, the final RTM release could be released to PC manufacturers and Technet subscribers. The new major Windows 11 update should bring back much-desired and still missing Taskbar features. It will also bring many UI changes, including a system-wide dark mode along with improvements to Windows 11 File Explorer and a multitasking experience.
