This year Xiaomi focuses on Apple’s MacBook Pro with the launch of Mi Notebook Pro that should offer the best bang for your buck with its high specs.

Mi Notebook Pro comes equipped with Intel’s latest i7-7500u Kaby Lake processor, 8GB DDR4 RAM and 256GB SSD drive.

The 15.6″ display offers 72% NTSC color gamut, while the screen is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3.

It features a full sized keyboard with backlit keys, 3 in 1 SD card slot, 2 USB 3.0 type-C ports and 2 USB 3.0/2.0 type-A ports, HDMI port, and a headphone jack.

For fast data transmission, Mi Notebook Pro offers Bluetooth 4.1 and Dual-band Wi-Fi connectivity.

The Mi Notebook Pro provides a great Dolby Atmos sound with Harman Infinity custom built speakers, a full metal body that is just 14.8mm thin (360.7×243.6×15.9mm) and weighs 1.95kg.

Another great feature this device offers is a fingerprint sensor that is integrated into the touchpad itself and it is fully compatible with Windows Hello application. Windows Hello allows you to sign in to your Windows 10 devices with just a look or a touch.

Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro price tag will be around $1000 which is half of the price for the entry model of the MacBook Pro that costs $1999.
