Microsoft partners with Silobreaker to improve cybersecurity with MDTI intelligence
Microsoft and Silobreaker, who are some of the major players in the field of cybersecurity intelligence, have revealed a robust integration between Microsoft Defender Threat Intelligence (MDTI) and Silobreaker’s 360 Search platform. This fusion of MDTI’s threat information with Silobreaker’s insights significantly improves the capability of security teams to identify and respond to threats on a global scale.
In the official announcement, Microsoft stated, “With the inclusion of MDTI intelligence, customers of both Silobreaker and Microsoft can augment their security operations with the context and visibility made available through Microsoft’s extensive telemetry.”
Subscribers to MDTI Premium and API on Silobreaker can access intelligence via 360 Search by entering Microsoft credentials in Account Settings > Integrations.
Silobreaker has an impressive track record in cybersecurity, with its 360 Search tool adept at collecting, analyzing, and investigating threat intelligence. Incorporating MDTI intelligence further equips Silobreaker users to gain a deeper understanding of the risks associated with Indicators of Compromise (IOCs).
On the other hand, MDTI’s reputation feature includes 65 trillion threat signals, machine learning, and the expertise of 8,500 cybersecurity professionals to learn the malicious nature of IOCs.
In a recent development, the Redmond giant introduced the Security Copilot Early Access Program. As a part of this program, MDTI is now provided at no additional cost with Security Copilot, allowing users seamless access and utilization of Microsoft’s comprehensive threat intelligence.
