The end of life for Internet Explorer is just around the corner

<p>During the past several decades Microsoft has used Windows popularity to set its Internet Explorer browser as the web browsing standard&period; 20 years ago&comma; Microsoft&&num;8217&semi;s Internet Explorer practically held the entire market&comma; but about a decade later with the release of the Google web browser&comma; Internet Explorer usage started to rapidly decline&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><img class&equals;"alignnone size-full wp-image-616" src&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;www&period;wincert&period;net&sol;wp-content&sol;uploads&sol;2015&sol;01&sol;internet-explorer2&period;jpg" alt&equals;"internet-explorer box&comma;script error&comma;hyperlinks" width&equals;"720" height&equals;"340" &sol;><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>During that time&comma; users were expecting more from their browsers&comma; while Microsoft hesitated to add new and modern features to IE&period; Until mid of 2012&comma; Microsoft&&num;8217&semi;s Internet Explorer was still holding half of the market with Google Chrome&comma; but then a huge migration from IE to Google Chrome happened&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Even though Microsoft started updating and adding more features to Internet Explorer more regularly it was already too late&period; With the release of the Windows 10 operating system Microsoft has released the Edge browser which was even worse than Internet Explorer&period; Just recently&comma; the company made the right move and realized that their Edge browser has to be built on the same open-source Chromium code as Google Chrome&period; After the change&comma; the new Chromium Edge started gaining popularity among customers&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The upcoming deadline on June 15th is not just the end of support&comma; but the time when Microsoft will actively disable Internet Explorer on Windows 10 systems&period; As Windows 10 comes with Chromium-Edge browser pre-installed&comma;  customers will have an option to use it or try other available browsers&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
