Windows Insider team has finally released a massive list of updates and new features for Fast Ring Windows Insiders. With this build, Windows Phone got no updates, but Windows 10 PC build 16215 seems to be the largest build released in a while.
For a start, Windows Action Center has been redesigned and now looks much cleaner and useful.
PC gamers have received performance tweaks and improvements in the Game Mode. Gamers are also able to take screenshots of games that run in 4K resolution. Handwriting experience has been improved in build 16215 with conversion and overflow mode. Emoji and symbols access has also been improved and access to emoji is now much easier.
Pen users received a new feature called Find my pen that allows you to use a pen for scrolling the same way you have used to do it with a finger. You can also find a scrollbar and move it with the pen as if you are using a mouse.
Keyboard users have also received many new features. Emoji Panel is now accessible with Win + (.) or Win + (;) and can be used for quick access to emoji. Swipe writing is also finally available for a Windows 10 PC. A feature that has been available for a long time for Android and Windows phones allows you to swipe over the keys without releasing your finger off the screen.
Other updates worth mentioning are related with narrator improvements, Zoom Magnifier, and new color filters. With all these improvements, this is one of the biggest releases from the start of the Redstone 3 builds.
