Don't know, got it on the mail..

I planned to put this mod on WinCert forum but I've decided to wait for a new version of IPB 2.2 With the default avatar, I also plan to install the default signature, shoutbox and the download center. These mods are all related to the new skin, so it's useless to install them now..

Yup, it may sound weird, but those links were dead in the time of writing those posts..Now it's ok..

As I mentioned in the post above wintech.org is already in use, and that was my first idea also.. Any other suggestion guys?
