Boot Windows 7 from VHD - an amazing concept, Here's how to do it
NIM replied to NIM's topic in Microsoft Windows 7
You can capture a VHD of Win7 with imagex, but it's just a full backup. You'd have to treat it like any other VHD image and push it back down to the identical machine unless you sysprep it first. It won't be a PE though, it's just a backup. If you want a PE, you have to use the AIK to make one. -
It is not considered as warez if the add-on is created without a serial key.

We'll take that into consideration. Thanks for this suggestion.

Yes, we we were testing skins since upgrade of our forum and choosed this, but of course we plan to make small adjustments. Hope that most of our users will find it nice and useful. Regards.

The best thing would be to contact Facebook support. I doubt that someone here can help you with this :/

Newer motherboards have SMART overclocking, in the means of percentage overclocking feature where you're automatically overclocking cpu, memory etc.. Check what's available in your BIOS

What's that "Gipo" utilities? Can you remove that application and see if that helps?

You may try the following: Right-Click on the drive w/ the problem Properties Recording Tab and then check the "Enable CD Recording On This Drive" box. BTW, I've renamed your topic, so it's more meaningful.

It's funny that we're even discussing this. It's fake, no question about it. I thought this should be in the Funny Lounge forum

I have the same issues on my Windows 7 x64. Couple of days ago, my memory consumption was at 90%, with all of the apps closed, I couldn't start anything without getting low resources error. Seems that a lot of applications which are not updated for win7, have some kind of memory leak once used with it.

Forum upgraded to the latest version of IPB software.
NIM replied to NIM's topic in Site and Forum Issues
Not sure mate, never used that. I can ask in the support forums if you can perfectly describe it -
I've received the following error for all my accounts on a fresh installation of Outlook 2010. Sending' reported error (0x80042109): 'Outlook cannot connect to your outoing (SMTP) e-mail server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).' Solution: I've noticed that Microsoft has changed the default SMTP port in Outlook 2010 from 25 to 587 as you can see in the picture below. So, if your ISP's SMTP server does not allow port 587, you won't be able to send e-mails until you change the SMTP port to 25.

Seems that your request is now fulfilled LINK Marked as green. I haven't tried it yet though.. Regards

Today, once I've installed my new OS Windows 7 RTM with Microsoft Office 2010 Technical Preview and have configured all of my mail accounts, I've tried to delete some un-needed .pst file. Well, that was a mistake, once I closed Outlook I got Blue Screen and PC restarted, I tried to start Outlook and soon after the splash screen it showed an error: "Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot Open the Outlook Window

If you get the: Error Parsing the server "IP Address" "clients.xml" file Login will continue contact your system administrator Clicking ok gives you another error: The type initializer for "VirtualInfrastrcture.Utils.HttpWebRequestProxy" threw an exception Clicking ok returns you to the login dialogue. Temporary solution until VMware updates vSphere client for Windows 7 1. Obtain a copy of %SystemRoot%Microsoft.NETFrameworkv2.0.50727System.dll from a non Windows 7 machine that has .NET 3.5 SP1 installed. 2. Create a folder in the Windows 7 machine where the vSphere client is installed and copy the file from step 1 into this folder. For example, create the folder under the vSphere client launcher installation directory (+%Program Files%\VMware\Infrastructure\Virtual Infrastructure Client\Launcher\Lib+). 3. In the vSphere client launcher directory, open the VpxClient.exe.config file in a text editor and add a <runtime> element and a <developmentMode> element as shown below. Save the file. <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?> <configuration> ... <runtime> <developmentMode developerInstallation="true"/> </runtime> </configuration> 3. Create a batch file (e.g. *VpxClient.cmd*) in a suitable location. In this file add a command to set the DEVPATH environment variable to the folder where you copied the System.dll assembly in step 2 and a second command to launch the vSphere client. Save the file. For example, SET DEVPATH=%Program Files%\VMware\Infrastructure\Virtual Infrastructure Client\Launcher\Lib "%ProgramFiles%VMwareInfrastructureVirtual Infrastructure ClientLauncherVpxClient.exe" 4. (Optional) Replace the shortcut on the start menu to point to the batch file created in the previous step. Change the shortcut properties to run minimized so that the command window is not shown. You can now use the VpxClient.cmd (or the shortcut) to launch the vSphere client in Windows 7. Note that this workaround bypasses the normal .NET Framework loading mechanism so that assembly versions in the DEVPATH folder are no longer checked.
