Today, once I've installed my new OS Windows 7 RTM with Microsoft Office 2010 Technical Preview and have configured all of my mail accounts, I've tried to delete some un-needed .pst file. Well, that was a mistake, once I closed Outlook I got Blue Screen and PC restarted, I tried to start Outlook and soon after the splash screen it showed an error: "Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Error Parsing the server when using vSphere on Windows 7
If you get the: Error Parsing the server "IP Address" "clients.xml" file Login will continue contact your system administrator Clicking ok gives you another error: The type initializer for "VirtualInfrastrcture.Utils.HttpWebRequestProxy" threw an exception Clicking ok returns you to the login dialogue. Temporary solution until VMware updates vSphere client for Windows 7 1. Obtain a copy of %SystemRoot%Microsoft.NETFrameworkv2.0.50727System.dll from a non Windows 7 machine that has .NET 3.5 SP1 installed. 2. Create a folder in the Windows 7 machine where the vSphere client is installed and copy the file from step 1 into this folder. For example, create the folder under the vSphere client launcher installation directory (+%Program Files%\VMware\Infrastructure\Virtual Infrastructure Client\Launcher\Lib+). 3. In the vSphere client launcher directory, open the VpxClient.exe.config file in a text editor and add a <runtime> element and a <developmentMode> element as shown below. Save the file. <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?> <configuration> ... <runtime> <developmentMode developerInstallation="true"/> </runtime> </configuration> 3. Create a batch file (e.g. *VpxClient.cmd*) in a suitable location. In this file add a command to set the DEVPATH environment variable to the folder where you copied the System.dll assembly in step 2 and a second command to launch the vSphere client. Save the file. For example, SET DEVPATH=%Program Files%\VMware\Infrastructure\Virtual Infrastructure Client\Launcher\Lib "%ProgramFiles%VMwareInfrastructureVirtual Infrastructure ClientLauncherVpxClient.exe" 4. (Optional) Replace the shortcut on the start menu to point to the batch file created in the previous step. Change the shortcut properties to run minimized so that the command window is not shown. You can now use the VpxClient.cmd (or the shortcut) to launch the vSphere client in Windows 7. Note that this workaround bypasses the normal .NET Framework loading mechanism so that assembly versions in the DEVPATH folder are no longer checked.

Windows 7 says I have 3 but only 2.75 GB of ram are usable
Yes, that is because 32-bit systems cannot allocate whole 4GB. You can use the PAE switch in your boot.ini file but that's not a lucky solution either. As you said, the best way would be to go with 64-bit version.

[REQ] Search filter for language
Here's an answer from IPB support team: Since brandon said he would like to add that feature in the future, than it will probably be possible in one of the future versions of IPB 3, maybe even in the next version.

[REQ] Search filter for language

HooHoo, your IP address is banned now, it was easier than deleting your account. Although, this is the strangest request I have ever seen. If you don't need this forum, just don't visit it.

Enabling a hibernate?
Then I presume the problem could be in outdated BIOS firmware. Check this: Outdated system firmware If the system firmware (BIOS) is out of date and you do not upgrade the system firmware to the latest version, problems may occur, especially on ACPI-compliant systems. If you are not sure whether your system is using Advanced Configuration and Power Interface (ACPI) features, go to the "How to determine whether a computer is using ACPI features" section. To resolve this issue on an ACPI-compliant system, you can upgrade to the latest version. To do this, contact the system manufacturer for available upgrades. For x86-based systems that are equipped with an APM-based (non-ACPI) BIOS, you can disable APM temporarily until you obtain a firmware update. This configuration may also eliminate startup problems, such as instability and Stop error messages.

Windows 7 Shutdown and after-sleep freezing
But he's been using RC and Windows 7 still isn't available on Technet or MSDN. I don't care about torrents.

Enabling a hibernate?
Open Power Options to change the advanced power settings, and expand Sleep and Hibernate after. To Enable Hibernation set the Setting (Minutes) to how many minutes your computer is inactive for before hibernating, then click on OK.

Windows 7 Shutdown and after-sleep freezing
For a start, I would wait for the Windows 7 RTM. Then you'll probably will be able to get drivers from manufacturer's web site. RC is not RTM, so I also advise you to report this to Microsoft.
