  1. Short update of the first post.. We will be accepting your replies until Sunday March 01, 2009 (so only for this week).
  2. Like you'll reveal something with your name, age and location You don't have to put your full name anyway ). Whoever wins the software will be contacted for additional info because license is attached to his/her name. TBH, Name, Age and Location was purely my idea. This is something like an introduction topic
  3. Dear members and guests of WinCert.net. We have recently published a review on WinCert.net Frontpage for jv16 PowerTools 2009 software, which can be found HERE. We're giving 10 Full licenses for every member who makes a reply in this topic and writes his/her Name or nickname, Age and Location. That's it, you're automatically in to win one of 10 Full Licenses of this cool software. We will be accepting your replies until Sunday, 01 March 2009., when we'll do a random draw to get our lucky winners. Every person who has run a Windows based machine will know what it's like to have a slowed down computer after a while. Well, luckily jv16 PowerTools can correct these problems. jv16 houses many tools in a small, yet powerful software suite. With tools to help clean up the registry, old software installs, junk files, and scattered files, jv16 helps you get the job done quickly and easily. With tools to manage your registry, cleaning up after a troublesome program has never been easier. Simply uninstall the program with jv16, and clean out the registry. Any information tied to that program will be erased and your system should run just the same as it did before the installation. You can also restructure your registry to be smaller and more efficient with the included Registry Compactor. Free up some disk space with the File Cleaner, remove unnecessary junk files from your disc and store more MP3 music files in place of them. Organize your files into folders containing similar files for quick browsing. Encrypt sensitive information and keep those prying eyes away from your personal information. And if that all isn't enough, even find duplicate files on your drive and recovery some more drive space. Like those features aren't enough, this set of tools include advanced software uninstaller, startup manager and even Service Manager which can guide you to disable services that you don't need for your home computing and thus speed up your PC. There's even System Optimizer tool which includes cool features like Performance tweaker which can greatly improve your overall PC performance. If you would like to download a free trial of this useful application, please visit MACECRAFT Web Pages.
  4. I wouldn't agree with that. Where's the point for that people to work on a software for free. BTW, MS Office is light years in front of Open Office.

    Happy Birthday!
  6. I've just installed beta 3, seems to be much faster to me. It's flying. Nice improvement for beta 3 stage.
  7. As far as I know, this is not a normal situation. By default installation of Windows XP you shouldn't have any of those duplicated files. I'm not sure what could 'cause this, some thrid party tool, or even a virus. Maybe Bold will drop a post , so we'll see what he has to say about this.. You're safe to delete those files as I'm sure they're not in use though.
  8. He's not been active lately because of his personal issues. You may update this addon for him. Regards, Nik
  9. Fixed, it should work now.
  10. You're right about that, we'll need more forums, but as I can see it now, no need for this now since x64 forum isn't that much active.
  11. I can do that, just tell me the new names and which one to change.
  12. Hi ccl0, thx for your suggestions. I agree with you and I already did first two mentioned suggestions. As for the Slimming Down Windows XP Forums. Those forums are locked because Bold_Fortune who's modding it, wanted this, as he got flamed on his forums before. Those forums still has visitors and will stay here for now, but I will consider your suggestion. I hope you know how to minimize the forums you don't want to check Regards, Nik
  13. Yup, I get the same message. This is bulls... service. Here's the mirror.. Download

  18. NIM replied to Lawzy's topic in Software Field

  19. Don't you think using other sources for news might be nice?
  20. I'm glad you'll be back with us again
  21. I planned to open a topic for my AVG experience, but I will write it in this topic instead. From what I have seen, AVG is crap, just like several other anti-spy, registry cleaner and similar so called "tools".. I've installed AVG free on my friend's machine and guess what MR. AVG found a virus on a clean PC, oh really? Yes, you also got a full path to it which actually doesn't EXIST. So, thanks, but no thanks, I will rather pay for NOD32 which is no.1 IMO and would be safe than use some Anti-Virus-Garlic shi.... Regards

Your warning level is increased because of non-English language in this forum.
  23. First of all, don't use any other language but English in this part of the forum. Second, if you want to post addons, I appreciate that, but you'll have to do it by following some rules. Please check this post from Rick http://www.wincert.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=5428 All of your releases should look similar to Rick's post.
