Apparently he got this application as a present in retail version and he just wanted to share it only with our forum visitors/members. As he didn't mean to share this as warez, I've reopened the topic, so he could remove this addon and make another one with the trial version.

It seems that this service is installed with CS4 products also. IMO, you won't have any problems by blocking this service with your firewall. Now, at least you know where this service belongs to
