    thanks, still using it as it is very low-cpu and non-intrusive. Not sure if it is even protecting me

    not true. Windows Defender will still be able to get updates. I just updated right now, please see picture: https://imgur.com/FrI9aRK

    Amazing work! Thank you Though, why remove Windows Defender?
