RELAX, i wasn't having a go, i wasn't angry or anything like that lol. I was just saying it would be nice not to post a super old version on the forum. Your free to upload WinToolkit to anywhere you wish, share the old versions via PM. If you had posted a link to v1.4.0.33 then that's fine but a v1.3.x build feels like super old I agree newer versions are not always better. I'm actually surprised no one sent me a PM about the bug, as i check them everyday. Just for the record though, i do keep EVERY single release available and only takes a click of a button to restore it But yes, relax. I wasn't having a go, i was just letting you know in a casual way although that is hard to tell over the internet. The only thing that annoys me is 1. People putting all of their bugs into the same post so things get confusing as hell. 2. People not reporting bugs, which definitely annoys me. It's not like i wake up in the middle of the night and sense a disturbance in the force. If only The reason i don't like people sharing much older versions is because someone will use it and report a bug and then after many hours of conversations decide to tell me the version they was using and i just think AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH that bug was fixed ages ago and i've just spend hours looking for a bug that doesn't exist. Which is why i like people to use the latest versions. Yeah, no program is 100% free of bugs and the amount of bugs i've fixed in the v1.4.0 build is unbelievable (just check the changelog) and i can't wait until i can start the request threads. I not that fussed about not the donations, people paying, etc.. as it helps my University education in my spare time. I just bugs the hell out of me when people don't report bugs.

4 days of integration version .65 and failure need help please.
Legolash2o replied to infringer's topic in Win Toolkit
Any error messages? Personally i don't integrate driver packs and i NEVER would. Reasons being: Take ages Colossal waste of space Easier to install them manually after install. Massive chance of BSODs, errors, etc.. during install Increases install time. The only time i integrate drivers is if i was making a disc for a specific system. I normally keep anything like driver packs in a folder on the DVD root i.e. X:\Drivers -
True, but it's not my forum Besides it feels like i'm banning 6 or so members a day just from the spam, grrrr. lol

Windows 7 Toolkit v1.4.0.x Feedback / Issues / Bugs
Legolash2o replied to RicaNeaga's topic in Win Toolkit
It doesn't appear yellow to me, works completely fine. Also Win Toolkit will only selected from 'Fixed' drives so external HDDs should not be selected. P.S. Since everyone is dumping there issues into this one thread and making everything complicated, i'm going to lose this thread. If have used the latest version and still have issues then please make a new thread which should have happened in the first place... -
I obviously can't report/ban/warn you as it's not breaking the forum rules, but i'd appreciate it if you didn't provide links to older versions. Thanks.

My MediaFire source/link may have to go, as each time i log on i keep getting some sort of DCMA copyright notification because someone is reporting my files as copyrighted/stolen despite the fact that i own them :/

those 2 updates will always install in LDR mode, all of the other updates install depending if the LDR option is enabled or not. The reason i haven't any tweaks for a while is because users can now import their own. Eventually i will add more but they're more important things to do.

Windows 7 Toolkit v1.4.0.x Feedback / Issues / Bugs
Legolash2o replied to RicaNeaga's topic in Win Toolkit
Found the issue and it's now been fixed. -
So they work fine in LDR mode and the issues are only appearing if installed GDR (normally)? I'm considering making these two updates always install in LDR Mode.

Don't forget though that pagefile and hibernate take up a large amount of space and i usually move them to another partition (HDD).

Windows 7 Toolkit v1.4.0.x Feedback / Issues / Bugs
Legolash2o replied to RicaNeaga's topic in Win Toolkit
I'm investigating this now, however i will let you know i've fixed the icons not shower (7-zip, Cleaner, Image Resizer & WinRAR) -
What bug with the silent installers, no one has posted a link to the bug in question.

Importing registry uses the same code as when addons import their registry, so if one is fixed then so is the other issue.
-
Can you provide the links to those problems please?

Running Windows installation corrupted after using Win Toolkit 1.4.0.65
Legolash2o replied to jistme's topic in Win Toolkit
It will only scan for the largest freespace partition on first run, if you have already selected a path it will not change it. -
I've found the issue, attempting to fix now.

What happens when you integrate those updates normally? (GDR Mode)
