v21 may help. EDIT: I've also noticed that most of you have everything set as 'Always Install' try having some files with that box unticked. In v21, make sure that 'Force Install' is unticked for some of the SFX/MSU/EXE files for testing

Just tested this and it seems to work fine, however if Win Toolkit does not detect image #2 it will mount image #1 instead which may have happened to you. I'll make a few changes to see if that helps

Microsoft are stupid, i would have made it so that the user can select between Start Menu or 'Metro' at first logon. Then once Metro becomes popular then remove the start menu in Windows 9 or 10. Just getting rid of a major feature without warning is the worst thing you can ever do!

So let me get this correct in v20 every works apart from EXEs? MSU's and MSI work fine? I can easily this in one go however, it would start doing the 'Security Warning - Open File' box on every exe lol

As you have probably noticed I haven't been working on any requests, don't worry they will be done. At the moment I'm focussing on bug fixes and then once I'm confident they have been fixed I will resume working on requests. What happens if you run it from local drive instead of network. It's trying to run 'imagex /info <wimfile>' but for some reason it's not running. It's easily fixable. EDIT: Fixed.

in the silent installer section to add shutdown.exe to the list with /s /t 0 switch, you need to put it at the end though because the RunOnce won't run after the reboot, blame Windows for that.
