I'll prob update and finish off the tutorials once i release the final build.
-
That folder should integrate fine however, some drivers have been purposely been programmed to not allow integration "run nvidia driver(for example) and chose a folder to extract it in it", correct.
-
Done, it is in v80
-
Most graphics drivers come in .exe format, which you need to run first and let it extract it to a folder. Open W7T and then select that extracted folder and it should get added to the list.
-
Personally i don't use sysprep, updates, drivers, etc... are already integrated first.

Because someone noticed it was exactly the same as All Tasks, no point having the same tweak twice.

Do you know how to make them 'Internal' ?
-
This feature has just been implemented, whilst W7T is running Windows will no be able to sleep however they timer to turn off the monitor will not be affected, this can of course be change via W7T Options.
-
I have implement some new methods in AIO tool. You will see a list with three options which are: Imagine you have selected a driver at D:\Drivers\Display\driver.inf Method 1 - (Fast) This will use the current style of integration and is good for drivers with no foreign characters. Dism will use 'D:\Drivers\Display\driver.inf' so this is the quickest. Method 2 (Medium) :: Default This is set as the default option, basically this will move the driver to the root of the drive to something with simple characters and install from 'D:\W7TDrivers1\driver.inf' Don't worry it will move the folder back afterwards. Method 3 (Slower) This is the same as method 2 but will copy the folder instead of moving and then delete that folder after.
-
That's a bug. Try just loading all of the install.wim in WIM Manager first and then open AIO Maker. I've just fixed this bug now, but i'm in the middle of making drivers work with foreign characters so can't release it at the minute

v78B released, please remember to post in 'The Little Things v2' thread to improve W7T. *FIX: Integration of Theme Packs with foreign characters in path If a themepack had a foreign character in the file path, it could not be extracted and therefore would cause an error and not be integrated. This should hopefully now be fixed. It will copy the themepack to a much simple folder (C:\W7T\1.thempack) and then be extracted and worked with. *FIX: Closing Component Removal at startup caused errors If you closed Component Removal tool whilst it was still mounting and receiving packages, it would show a bunch of error messages. You now can't close the tool until it has finished this process. *DisplayName and DisplayDescription will now be used when getting image info Some users complained that W7T did not show the French version of the image name which gets displayed during install, by default W7T will not show this information. *W7T will set Name and Description to DisplayName and DisplayDescription if available Same as above but when <DisplayName> and <DisplayDescription> are detected it will set the default <Name> and <Description> values as the display ones. *Added right click to component list in AIO tool You can now right-click on the components list in All-In-One tool and select all items in list/group, hopefully this will help. *Option to shutdown PC on AIO and CAB Installer Very useful feature added to both All-In-One tool and CAB Installer so that once every has been completed you can have W7T shutdown your computer, useful for those who leave things overnight.

There's nothing wrong with the method which W7T uses to apply tweaks, it mounts the hive, edits it and then saves. Unattended files should not affect that at all.

OK, i've made a few changes. *W7T will show displayname and displaydescription if available *If the above are available then W7T will set name and description as them. EDIT: Screenshots provided below, please note i only tested with Starter edition EDIT2: I've done the best i can with this thread/issue, closing thread.
-
I've changed this to 'Unknown' in the newer versions as i have no idea what it is or what it is used for but it was located in the same folder as the other hives so thought i'd add it.
-
It must be imagex doing it

<NAME>Windows 7 STARTER</NAME> <DESCRIPTION>Windows 7 STARTER</DESCRIPTION> <FLAGS>Starter</FLAGS> <HARDLINKBYTES>2962941616</HARDLINKBYTES> <DISPLAYNAME>Windows 7 Édition Starter</DISPLAYNAME> <DISPLAYDESCRIPTION>Windows 7 Édition Starter</DISPLAYDESCRIPTION> The french only appears on the DisplayName and DisplayDescription, W7T use <Name> and <Description> and shouldn't effect the french translations, hmmm... My WIM file does not even have the displayname or displaydescription section. EDIT: Can you please go to WIM Manager, rename an image and description to anything and then attach the new 1.xml please.
-
When using the AIO tool does it change all your french names to english, you can probably just use WIM Manager to rename them back if it does. Can you please open the install.wim with 7zip and send me the 1.xml file within it (with the original french please) Thanks.

Alternate way to select packages/options checkboxes.
Legolash2o replied to zavan's topic in OLD Threads
I've just finished adding a right click option for v78, i can't think of anything else to improve the situation. Try asking again after v1.4.0 -
I've been wanting this for a very long time and i've added it to W7T on CAB Installer and All-In-One Tool. *1.3.0.78B^Option to shutdown PC on AIO and CAB Installer
-
It depends, what are you trying to achieve?
-
v77 released. *1.3.0.77B^FIX: File in use error when integrating unattended via AIO *1.3.0.77B^FIX: WIM Manager will now mark image as 'corrupt' if imagex is closed during mount *1.3.0.77B^FIX: Force Windows Media Player x64 tweak 1. The first error is where a user selects the save unattended path to be the same as the file they selected, the file can't replace itself 2. If a user was mounting an image and they closed imagex using task manager, W7T said it was mounted fine, now W7T will report it as corrupt. 3. Some users reported that this tweak did not work, so i fixed it.

The first topic got full and started to get confusing, so here is a fresh topic which is nice a clean. ------------------------- Hey guys, i'm coming up to the end of this build cycle before i start v1.4.0, what i need now to make it 'perfect' is for you guys to tell me the little things which could be better! This is NOT for features requests they go in the requests forums, it is also NOT for bugs as they need there own thread. Some examples: Spelling Mistakes Incorrect Grammer Something just doesn't look right Tweaks that do not work Just anything which does not seem right, could be done better or look a bit better. Get posting guys!! P.S. I won't think about starting v1.4.0 until there is a couple of things in here DO NOT POST REQUESTS/NEW FEATURES AS THEY NEED TO GO IN THE 'REQUESTS' FORUM!
