Just out of curiosity, why would you want it to restart first? Win Toolkit should be the first thing to run after installation.

The only thing you can do is make sure that .NET 3.5 is installed before the RunOnce starts.

Ignore the key thing, that just confirms that .NET 2.0 is installed by default.

It loads the install.ini at the very very beginning. It reboots at the very very end when the RunOnce closes.

I followed the instructions and .NET 3.5 isn't installed by default. After going into features and installing it. The RunOnce worked fine when ran manually.

But I didn't change anything in between v3 and v4 :/ Test 5 now has TopMost = false and changed a few more timing settings. For ClassicShell, I may need the RunOnce log.
