  1. Suppose the only way it could be fixed is if a Windows Vista image is being worked with, it will use the local DISM rather than the updated DISM. But it's a Vista image which isn't officially supported by Win Toolkit.
  2. Ok so hopefully you guys like the GUI so far, whilst I await feedback on translation i.e. 'this or that doesn't look right in german', etc.. I will go back to coding the back end dll
  3. A new test version has been uploaded which now deletes the temp folder. You do need to manually delete the current ones though. Note: The temp folders which are created when mounting an image will be deleted AFTER it has been UNMOUNTED. All others will be deleted immediately.

After many years of users requesting that Win Toolkit to be available in multiple languages has finally be done in v2! You can now have the tool in your own language. Note 1: As of v2.0.0.10, everything can be translated. Please let me know if I've missed something important. Note 2: If a translation is not available for a certain control. English will be displayed by default for that control. Sharing You don't have to put please share your language file with other by posting it in here. Language Detected What the title bar looks like when a language file has been detected. In this case, German. MSU to CAB Converter How the MSU to CAB Converter looks like when translated. Language folder 'Lang' folder structure. Creating a language file In the lang folder you will see an en-US.xaml which is ALWAYS up-to-date. If you want to translate Win toolkit into your language, just copy and paste than file. Once copied, rename it to your language code such as de-DE.xaml for German, ro-RO.xaml for Romanian, and so on.. Open the newly copied xaml file in notepad You should see: Change the text in highlighted in bold above into your language and save. Next time you open WinToolkit.exe, you should see the german text. You will also see 'de-De' on the main title bar. What the title bar looks like when a language file has been detected. In this case, German. Updating a language file Since the en-US.xaml is always up-to-date. You can literally just copy and paste the missing lines into your current file. Once done, just translate those lines.
  5. Finally made everything on the main screen translatable. Just checking to make sure they're all linked up correctly.
  6. Ah yeah, I see that now. I got the feeling that DISM v8.x won't work with Windows Vista.
  7. Fixed, thanks
  8. Sorry I've been working on that DISM issue and I don't really have a USB 3.0 port to really test it on. The only thing I can really do is google. Did you look on the integration list at the end to see if it did integrate?
  9. Is this integration updates into an Vista image or running Win Toolkit from Windows Vista?
  10. v6.3 file is from Windows 8.1 whilst the v6.2 file is from Windows 8.0
  11. I've added a prompt if a newer DISM is available which links to here: http://www.wincert.net/leli55PK/DISM/
  12. Thanks for pointing that out. I've re-worded it and made some changes to the tooltip itself.
  13. AIO Integrator does both if you have selected the install.wim
  14. Nah don't need any version really unless something doesn't look right. At the moment, it is just to allow you guys to see how it works. Thanks anyway Feel free to provide feedback, ideas or suggestions for the whole translation stuff though. Nemo, do you think it looks ok in German? I will prob release a build before I go to bed. You won't have to re-translate everything. Just copy and paste the missing entries from the en-US file and put them in your xx-XX file.
  15. Thanks, seems to be corrupt and wont let me open it. I wont if it will let you upload if you change it to .xml instead of .xaml EDIT 1: Yes it did EDIT 2: But then it stops working with Win Toolkit unless you rename it back. EDIT 3: I've asked NIM if he can allowed .xaml attachments
  16. OMG it's going to take forever to finish off the main menu to allow translations Put it in a zip file and I've already fixed that Line 67 issue
  17. Nah, the honesty is fine so no need to apologize. Thanks, fixed. Can't help about the mix up, I'm doing in the order they are specified within the WPF XAML code.
  18. Thanks for the feedback Updated first post
  19. Thanks Thiersee!
  20. I've released test 2.0.0.8. MSU to CAB, ISO Maker, Splash Screen and a tiny fraction of the main menu can be translated. I'd thought I would release a build now just so you can see how it works and I will gradually add more and more translatable stuff with each release. UPDATE v2.0.0.8B release which will allow you to translate more of the main menu. Also I've included some other xaml files with the word Options translated so you can see what it should look like. I have to go to the gym now so will hopefully finish the rest of the main menu stuff after. Have to do it manually and it's taking a while.
  21. Does anybody have any feedback on the latest v2.0.0.x test? What do you think of it? Currently I'm working on it from 8AM-4PM and then again at 8-9PM to 12AM :type: :omg: EDIT: If you have any feedback about the tooltips or think I should add xyz to a description, please let me know in here. I know Thiersee has some
  22. It hasn't been released yet EDIT: I've been programming it since about 8AM and plan to still be programming by 4PM. Then start again after 9PM-12AM. That's pretty much my every cycle for v2 :-O I a lot of the time is research.
  23. If you have Windows 7 then yes you need Windows ADK but only the deployment tools part of it. It is portable. I'm tempted to upload the folder later on.
