It's because the program is running as Adminstrator and the drive is mapped as the user.

I can confirm the issue. I fixed it by updating DISM using the latest ADK. I swear it used to work before so must be either an 8.1 thing or 8.1 Update 1 thing.

Where is the driver folder located? Are you using the install.ini?

What are the files called on the USB drive? Also, what letter was the USB drive?

Have you tried using a third party tool to see if they say the files are already patched? Hope that makes sense. Did you say the files get patched even when you don't select the tweak?

1. When you save an image a WinToolkitRunOnce.exe gets added. It is then ran straight after Windows installation. It scans all the drive roots for a folder called 'Drivers' and will attempt to install all the infs. \it quickly skips over the ones which don't need installing. 2. All the points you made are true. 3. If I do integrate drivers, it would only be the system/chipset ones.

They are on the download page. You should see them under the ones users can see. Out of the 4 options, it's the far right one. Don't upload old versions on that page though as it will replace the newer version if that makes sense.

Don't I am still on the forum. I'm just focusing my efforts on coding but mostly planning. Since I'm working on the DLL. I can't release a BETA so it requires a lot of time testing as well, then doing some tweaks, testing, then further tweaks. Testing has been taking up a lot of my time
