That's a very old version of the RunOnce. When did you last run WinToolkit with the image?

Do you have the RunOnce log which can be found in the System32 folder?

What is it trying to use it for? I mean what sort of files do you see being created? i.e. temp files.

It's a shame you can't upload your ISO, however there should be a RunOnce log which you can upload
