[Solved] v1.4.1.28 Internet Explorer 11
Legolash2o replied to Thiersee's topic in WinToolkit Solved Bugs
No update can mess up the RunOnce and make it runs during install anymore. I've tested the new feature twice and it works flawlessly -
1. Left that in by accident, sorry. 2. Not sure if there is anything I can do about that. How would you rather they be sorted? 3. I will experiment with the sorting feature. I'm sorta limited with listviews. To be honest as long as everything installs as green then i couldn't really care what order they are installed. I know IE will be moved to the end of prerequisites when the start button is clicked.

Beta 2 has been released (check my signature for the link). For those who want to use the new RunOnce which fixes the issue of it running during Windows installation. Investigating this issue. Fixed the non-english exe not being recognized, just got to fix the cab file issues. -
Going to work on those now and then expect a PM with a beta link

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!! It worked. The RunOnce detects it running during install and comes back automatically after Windows is finished. You can now integrate those updates safely without worrying about the RunOnce. Bazinga!!
-
Found it thanks, testing my new method now
-
I have an idea which will hopefully fix the issue. Basically if the WinToolkit detects that it is on the 'completing installation' phase it will re-add to the runonce and just abort there an then. I can't even download KB2830477, its no longer on Microsoft's website

Strange, its working for me me to remove an individual image. Does it work in WIM Manager? Provide screenshots please? There isn't an option to remove the install.wim apart from clear.
-
Fixed.
-
Working fine for me. When you say image do you mean an individual image such as Windows 7 Home Premium or image as in an install.wim file from the list? Any errors?
-
I will find out which one over the weekend and block it from integrating and instead go to the silent installers list.
-
I can release a build every night for the next 3 days if people want that? About McRip button, I was going to make it prompt and ask the user if they would like to go to the WHD's site for updates.

Make sure you post your bugs please or bump any that need attention. I will be having a long weekend coding session to try and fix everything starting tomorrow. I will be trawling through the forum to hunt for errors which are in my control tomorrow. Basically expect a release on Sunday late evening. Hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and an awesome New Years. P.S. People who have donated/contributed will also get new links to download the exclusive ISOs since the FTP has gone down.

I already have the files on mega.co.nz and google drive. Uploaded them today. I'd rather have an FTP server with direct links. I would use dropbox but only got about 3GB upload space on that
