This week has not been great at all. Although I've been working A LOT over the summer, I have still been working on Win Toolkit. I just haven't been on the forums much as my inbox is annoying me and it just seems to get bigger and bigger despite having a pinned thread asking people not too. Anyways the bad news. Not only has my iPhone decided to completely break, my laptop has too. Can't really afford to get a new one but I've ordered a replacement motherboard from China but it will take at least 3 weeks to arrive hopefully that'll work. The next couple of weeks will be tough without a phone or computer (just my iPad, which I hate) especially with everything else going on. Any questions?

When my employment ends on 1st September, I will have lots more time to work on WinToolkit and of course University studies

bug in wintoolkit installer of the win toolkit 1.4.1.27
Legolash2o replied to gundamgenesis's topic in Win Toolkit
If i remember correctly, a certain update causes that but can't remember which -
Use the 'WIM Registry Editor' to check if there is a WIM_Software\WinToolkit or anything similar and tell me what's in it please.
-
Delete: "C:\Windows\System32\\driver\\wimfltr.sys" and "HKLM\\SYSTEM\\CurrentControlSet\\services\\WimFltr" key. or run WinToolkit.exe /SKIPWIMFILTER
-
The website can't be browsed by anyone. It will only let Win Toolkit and some other tool look at the contents. At the moment it's not even working for me in Win Toolkit.

You can blame work for my absence, from September I will no longer be in employment so I'm doing as much overtime/shifts as humanly possible before I lose my income. I have been checking the forum (without being signed in) to keep track of things, so that's why it says i've been offline for a month or so. I was nervous of logging on in case I received a lot of PMs. I have a whole bunch even though I asked people not to At the moment I'm just trawling through all the threads which looks like issues and bookmarking them for me to fix.

Silly sausage I forgot if i've sent you a key for WinToolkit to remove the ads, etc...?

[Solved] AIO languagepack not integrated very well
Legolash2o replied to jojo2010's topic in Win Toolkit
I haven't even check about Win8 langpack integration. When the feature was added, Win8 wasn't even in alpha stages lol. -
Hey adminxp, long time no see. Hope you're well. What does the error say? Do you have an error log?

Legolash2o replied to wiktorynka's topic in Win Toolkit
I need the error details. It should have given you more information when the problem appeared. Please copy and paste the text into a new post. Maybe attach the error log as well. P.S. You can also try the latest build link in my signature. -

[Solved] WinToolkit 1.41.26 Unknown Mount Error
Legolash2o replied to wiktorynka's topic in Win Toolkit
After further investigation, it should have integrated fine even though it's red. It's because it says 'ALL' rather than 'fr-FR' or 'pl-PL', etc... I will fix once i am back from a nice meal at the pub -
[Solved] WinToolkit 1.41.26 Unknown Mount Error
Legolash2o replied to wiktorynka's topic in Win Toolkit
Yeah i fixed the detection code. Make sure you have either integrated the Windows language pack first or add it to the same list. EDIT: Actually what language pack is that? It a cab, msu, exe....? -
I've been receiving lots of personal messages asking for help, reporting bugs, requests and other things. May i remind users to make a new topic within the Win Toolkit forum for these sort of things. If you have made a topic and it's still not fixed yet, then simply give that topic a "bump". I really don't want to end up turning Personal Messages off.

[Solved] WinToolkit 1.41.26 Unknown Mount Error
Legolash2o replied to wiktorynka's topic in Win Toolkit
Delete your settings.txt file and try again If it still happens, then please upload you're new settings.txt. There was a bug in a previous version of WinToolkit which would have caused the \\C\\ behavior UPDATE: Test 2 has been uploaded -
Oh yeah, the image size would be the same but using LDR mode would make the image bigger than using default GDR mode.
-
CAB should be quicker (less extracting)

[Solved] WinToolkit 1.41.26 Unknown Mount Error
Legolash2o replied to wiktorynka's topic in Win Toolkit
I've checked my online error logs and a lot of people have been getting this. I've added to HOPEFULLY never appear again. I have also uploaded a new test version which can be download from the 'latest builds' link in my signature. Please try it -
That option only disables it when WinToolkit starts. LOL you must have went literally as soon as you clicked start as it usually prompts immediately. I wanted that message to ALWAYS appear for various reasons when starting AIO. I will add a 15 second timer, so if it hasn't been clicked within 15 seconds. The message will automatically close.

Aww thanks, you didn't have to
-
I will be started v1.5 once I and everyone else feel like WinToolkit is stable. I'd rather have a good solid stable program. I don't want to be adding new features/requests if the stuff already implemented don't work if that makes sense?
-
It was just easier. I'm still planning on doing a v1.5 release when I start adding requests. I focused on University for a while so I had a huge backlog of error logs.

[SOLVED] IE10 langpack not integrated in 1.4.1.22
Legolash2o replied to mooms's topic in Win Toolkit
v1.4.1.16 went something like this. For each update in list{-IntegrateUpdate-CheckIntegrationSucessful}v1.4.1.17+ For each update in list{-if update already integrated then--skip-else--IntegrateUpdate--CheckIntegrationSucessful}The "if update already integrated then" always returned true when it came to the IE LangPack.
