I've finally manged to replicate this issue, I had to restart my computer and manually unmount the image. I will fix it after further testing

Do drivers have to be integrated differently for Server 2012? :S

WinToolkit lays things out as they are on the server. The only way this could be changed is if you contacted McRip.

Normally it would scan every partition for a folder called 'Apps' C:\Apps\, D:\Apps, E:\Apps\, etc... Now it looks for 'WinToolkit_Apps'. So C:\WinToolkit_Apps\, D:\WinToolkit_Apps\, etc...
