USB or ISO?

Found the issue. It's not importing registry files.

Are you going by the 'Integrated' tab at the end of AIO of is it after a VM install?

What version are you using? It should only appear once you've selected a folder to capture.

I'm pretty sure alphawaves download and WHD does not offer EVERY single update unfortunately. It's why I have to run Windows Update when I make the updated exclusive ISOs

It mostly affects how long it takes to load into the lists and if you have LDR/QFE option enabled, it tells WinToolkit if it's worth extracting or not.

The yellow one means it is already integrated. If i remember correctly you can double click the item and it will show more details
