  1. http://download.microsoft.com/Documents/UseTerms/Windows%207_Ultimate_English_6b5dbb25-2871-4073-904d-9f2d3a9a0497.pdf I've just read it and it says nothing about redistributing it. The closest thing it says is that i can't give out a serial key, which i wont do anyway. If someone asks, then I will ban them!
  2. http://support.micro....com/kb/2592687 I will sort that now EDIT: Done.
  3. Yeah it's a shame they don't but as I said. I will read the eula when I get back from my spin class and NIM has already sent a message to one of his Microsoft friends. Microsoft isn't going to release SP2, so what other choice do we have. We will be helping Microsoft and business make sure they are installing a fully upto date operating system. No other modifications will be made to the disks apart from integrating updates and merging x64 and x86 into one ISO. No removals, no additional drivers, tweaks, etc, etc...
  4. It's something we are discussing and ofcourse I will read the EULA but again if Microsoft request for us to remove it then we will. NIM is going to be contacting one of his Microsoft friends regarding this. It's not for profit so it should be OK. It would help pay server costs but if any extra is made, it could be given to a charity or whatever.
  5. What about it? It's available online anyway (http://www.wincert.n...p1-refresh-iso/), it'll be the same download but with all of the updates integrated for that month. The only reason we want it to be for subscribers only is so that every user in the world can download it and then crash the server. If Microsoft want us to simply remove it then we will gladly comply but Microsoft should provide an updates ISO anyway.
  6. NIM and I are currently in discussion so that we can host an updated Windows 7 SP1 iso onto the Wincert server to save you from integrating everything every so often. However it will only be available to people who donate to Wincert (bandwidth limits, costs, etc...) . I'll keep you all posted. P.S. The iso would be updated monthly (probably patch tuesday).
  7. Since the specified request has been completed (all credits go to Kels) I can now close this thread, although someone please make a new request about selecting the DVD directly as I will forget otherwise Thanks!
  8. Thanks Kels, i friggin love you :D Done and the request has been done too. Just testing! Works like a charm
  9. Thanks but it says iso is not a supported archive. I do have a 7za which is about 570KB
  10. Already requested in the merged unattended topic.
  11. Yes but they about 1MB in size because they require the 7z.dll file if i remember correctly
  12. It should have been %SystemDrive%\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts NOT %SystemDrive%\Windows\System32\drivers\etc I will be releasing a change in the next beta release which will help.
  13. There isn't a workaround, if the host file had a file extension then all is good
  14. Normally it would says if the file doesn't have the file name + extension at the end. So this issue wouldn't happen, since hosts file doesn't have an extension, it's much harder to do.
  15. Shame, but I could always just make my own service pack.....
  16. Is it either one of those updates or when both combined? Thanks.
  17. I hated it at first because of the lack of start menu but with ClassicShell I have made it perfect. I love Windows 8 now and won't go back to Windows 7. I actually like Metro, if sorted properly (remove unneccessary shortcuts) then its very efficient. They just need a button in the bottom corner to get back to metro when it comes to normal home users.
  18. It still won't let me extract ISOs without leaving a text file saying its UDF format. The copy from DVD would be pretty easy to implement.
  19. I managed to replicate the issue, still not sure what's causing it. Can't really check until I finish University.
  20. I have no idea why it's running during install, I have nothing in my code telling it to do so, the only thing that can explain it is that an Addon has changed it.
  21. I added it by design but I will be removing it.
  22. It ok i fixed the issue Thanks.
  23. You've changed when the RunOnce installer runs, it runs after first logon not during installation (T-13).
  24. 1) Excluded 'Server' folder About the update tweaks, i think i made them automatically apply if those updates are integrated.
  25. Do you have any dll files in the WinToolkit directory? Fixed the WIM Merger issue.
