  1. What happens when you just use this tweak and nothing else. No updates, no removals, no drivers, etc...
  2. I can't really help with this as i don't recommend using multiple tools. You should be fine as long as you integrate updates first.
  3. well if you have already worked on an extracted ISO, just copy the folder you already had/worked with.
  4. You copy the extracted ISO/Disk to the usb. So if you have extract an ISO to C:\Win7ISO then just copy everything in that folder to the usb root.

  6. Thank for the bump, I will look into this today for you.
  7. As i've said before, for v1.4.0 i'm focusing on bug fixes. v1.5.0 is when i will start going through all of the requests.
  8. Thanks, it's not bad lol.
  9. thanks for all your hard work and efford, it's probably best just to delete that tweak. I'm sure there's a way to do it via Unattended anyway Again thank you, consider the tweak removed.
  10. As reaper said, just get than exe and add it to the silent installs list, there's no need to add a 'switch/syntax'. Add the exe, give it a nice description and click OK. Job Done.
  11. Sorry for the long delay, this issue has now been fixed.
  12. I will have a look when I get back from the library.
  13. It will only add the files if they exist, are you sure the files exist?
  14. How come you use vista anyway?
  15. Just so you know, Vista isn't official supported on Win Toolkit. The program itself was designed for Windows 7.
  16. I've just checked the code and it has not been told to rename the display name. I shall do that now. Everything seems to have been fixed.
  17. So you can manually EDIT > Edit Name fine? Just the displayname is not changed? If the above question is yeah then it should be a simple fix
  18. Thanks, i got your donation. Much appreaciated!!
  19. Yes I know, it's not been released yet
  20. On a live system via Program/Features or Windows Update then 'Installed Updates'. Offline.... Win Toolkit > Main > Advanced > Component Removal and they should be listed at the bottom.
  21. Haven't updated this in a while, oops... 1.4.0.73^FIX: Fixed donation links within Win Toolkit The donations link within Win Toolkit did not work, it ended up opening 3 tabs. I've fixed this by making Win Toolkit replace spaces with '%20' on all links. Feel free to donate now UPDATE: I just noticed the WinCert IBAN / BIC / SWIFT button didn't work but its now been fixed. 1.4.0.73^FIX: Fixed already exists error if user presses Cancel on AIO Creator edit buttons When a user tries to edit an image name in AIO Disk Creator and then presses cancel. You receive an error box saying Image '' already exists.
  22. The MSU file contains the cab. The cab file is compressed within the msu You have it backwards Open an MSU file with 7zip and see for yourself.
  23. Hmm, not sure what could cause this. Open your images in WIM Manager and rebuild them. I might need a few screenshots. I have however fixed the error messages when cancelling the input box.
  24. DISM will extract the MSU file anyway. If you have LDR mode enabled and you have added a MSU. Win Toolkit will have to extract the msu and then extract the cab straight after.
  25. CAB files are file which Windows Update has downloaded. MSU files are the direct links from the WindowsUpdate.log. You don't have to integrate them both i.e. If you have KB123456 in both cab and msu format, you only need to integrate one of them. If you really wanted to you can add either cab or msu, Win Toolkit will extract the cab file automatically if required. There's no point adding the same update twice. I personally just add the MSU files UNLESS i only have an update in cab format. Installed = Installed Install Pending = Windows will install it during Windows Installation, that's how Microsoft wanted it to work (DISM) Can't remember the others. Integrating cab files is quicker, especially if you have LDR/QFE Mode enabled.
