Hey rick, those hotfixes that are older that SP3 are neccesary?

For those who can't use their original CD-Key after SP3 integration, just replace the file called PIDGEN.DLL from your original Windows XP Disc. PS. Rick, could you please check the link of the UpdatePack? because isn't working. Thanks.
