    I have tried to follow the instructions here to install the Windows Sidebar on an XP SP2 system, but when I try to run it I get the following error message. "Sorry. This application atempted to delay-load a library or function that does not exist. Instability may occur." Any idea what to do?

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
