is there any possible way without installing IE7. cos im used to my IE6

i need help with my sidebar the picture of recycle bin seems distorted. when i detach it out frm the sidebar..half of it is distorted. anyone with the same problem and solution?? ill attach a picture of it here(attached and detached)
