Panzer Dragoon (one of my favs) but no, I'm asking about the program that is on the desktop. It's the semi transparent text.

I came across a very nice program the other day and got a screenshot of it. Only thing is... I have no idea what it is lol, i'm hoping someone here recognizes it. I know this doesn't fall into the windows visual styles or themes section, but i got no idea where else i would post this. I'm sure others and myself will love to hear the name of it It's the transparent info that appears on the desktop (clock, calendar, music player, and many other features i've seen, from other pics)
