  1. I'm having the exact same problem. I got irritated with it and just switched for Firefox My laptop came with Flash player installed too
  2. Depends on the method the OEM used, but I doubt it. OEM restore discs are friendly that way.
  3. Interesting. :ermm: Didn't mean to offend you, I was asking a simple question. Sarcasm is hard to express on the internet, and I don't even attempt it. Did it come with OEM restore discs? If so, you can't use nLite unless you can get the I386 folder and all the contents of it. But also keep in mind, if you can manage to get an nLitened install disc from a retail XP disc, your going to have to get all the drivers and stuff. It becomes a real pain to get them all.
  4. consume, how do you get Windows loaded on your computer then?
  5. heh I don't blame you

    Hello

Welcome there Master Odin. I'm sure if you hang around here for a bit, you'll really grow to like it here. It's a nice community to be a part of. WinCert is also growing incredibly quickly, which is a great thing to see
  8. hahah lol  I'd still like to know why they put that in there. Makes no sense to me, it's a music player. What is someone gonna do, listen to music with iTunes while making a bomb, then detonate it and then blame it on iTunes? "iTunes is evil I tells ya! IT MADE ME DO IT!!!" *gets dragged away*
  9. I think I just broke my license agreement I'd like to know what people were doing with iTunes to necessitate the need for that in the license agreement
  10. omg lmao "OK I wont make missiles with my iTunes :crying_anim02: "
  11. wow Rick, thats amazing :w00t:
  12. Interesting pages. Using these to secure my system, thanks
  13. Ok, I'll answer these. PC or MAC 1. Gender: Male 2. Age: 17 3. Are you using PC or MAC? PC 4. Why did you choose MAC? 5. Why did you choose PC? Didn't, parents did. They bought me my first PC, and I kept using it. 6. What are the advantages of PCs? Tons of software, lots of different stuff to do. 7. What are the advantages of MACs? Video editing? 8. What are the disadvantages of PCs? Video editing? 9. What are the disadvantages of MACs? Little or no software written for them that I'd use. 10. What/Where are you using it for: Home use. 11. (PC users) What OS are you using? Vista, XP. 12. (MAC users) What version of OS are you using? 13. For Mac and PC: What Processor do you have? Celeron M 430 (1.73Ghz), AMD Athlon XP 1800+ (1.53Ghz) 14. Which is expensive, MAC or PC? Both are expensive. PC's are cheaper though because they are made by many different companies. My laptop was $800 brand new, but I got it for $700 because it was on sale. My desktop was roughly $300 or $400, but that was a few years ago so the technology is really old now. Good luck on your survey for school
  14. Rogers has a business and school version of they're internet services, but at $500 monthly, I don't know any residential owner using it It's 20Mbps (or 40Mbps) up and down aparently (I may have heard that wrong). They have it at my school, but on average I don't get anymore than about 5Mbps on speedtest.net. However, on one computer that I have access to, I can get over 20Mbps.
  15. Try the Zune theme. It's a newer version of this one. The green stuff is now orange (start menu button) and the blacks a bit nicer looking. Give that one a shot. Linky: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=75078
  16. Whoa, thats high , why can't Rogers give us that speed? :crying_anim02: Everyone's upload speed is less than 1mb though (at their home), whats up with that? Ah well, the highest speed we can get here in my area is 5Mbps, but thats the highest and most expensive plan ($100 a month ). The highest upload speed I have see so far is 800Kbps. I don't understand why they don'f offer a plan that is say, 512kbps down and 512kbps up, 128kbps up is too slow for the average user. Or maybe, 768kbps down and 512kbps up. I would gladly pay $30 a month for that. But $39.99 a month for 1mbps down and 128kbps up is too much. I'm thinking of switching to TekSavvy. They offer 5Mbps down and 800Kbps up (DSL) for $29.95 a month. Just need to pursuade my parents to switch
  17. cro-man, thats a nice background Anyway, heres my entry (couldn't resist not having Vista on my laptop ) High quality And... an odd one, but its my Pocket PC
