thanks , getting to work right now edit : oh my, im sorry, i cant edit those ones. they're all animated, i dont have the software or the know how to do it. i dont know what to do. all i did was take the canadian one that was in my profile and edited it in photoshop.

the way the skin is right now, perfect, what can i say. its perfect now i dont like the tabbed on, its really slow on my laptop its old, but i like browsing this forum with my laptop. maybe a pda/lo-fi version would be in order though, or would there be a choice of switchin between skins perhaps?

ahhh scary :lol: well, i hope sp3 includes some worth while updates. like... maybe the windows vista look perhaps? visual style would be kinda nice. then it would be right from MS so it would at least be clean and stuff. i like the MCE look the best though, think ill stick with that. with sp3, i have a feeling they will incorporate some kinda garbage to kinda hold us back with what we can do. like all the security hoops you have to jump through on vista

ahh! my computer isnt at all close to that 1.8ghz, 640mb ram, ati radeon 9200 se, thats all i have id have to work at mcdonalds for around 5 years before i could buy a computer like that lol :headset: theres so many smileys here i havent seen before too :ermm:

Using an old computer with a new music device? Do you want to get your iPod working under Windows 98? Read this article and it should help you get it working. Tutorial : Windows 98 and iPod via USB Legal Stuff: First off, let me state that this tutorial isn't warrented by my self. It shouldn't brick your iPod, but theres a chance that something can happen. For instance, data could be lost. So please, back up your data before you continue. iPod and Windows 98 Tutorial This tutorial should allow anyone using windows 98 SE (it might work for 98) to get the iPod to work under 98 SE. 1.) Go here and download the iPod for Windows 98 driver file. Install the driver and reboot the computer, after attatch your iPod to the computer. When the computer is finished installing the iPod open My Computer and make sure that the drive shows up there, this may not work correctly if it doesn't show up. If it does not show up as a drive in My Computer, hook it up to a computer that will let you see it and format it as a Windows iPod. Make sure you backup your data before formating the drive. 2.) Next download and install ephPod 2 from here. Run ephPod when it installs and follow the on screen tutorial. It will ask you to select your iPod in the drop down (it will show up as a removeable disk) Then continue with the tutorial. If your music doesn't show up right away don't worry, just shut down the program and play a song from the iPod through my computer. It doesn't matter which one. Goto iPod_Control\Music and then one of the folders in there and start a song. Then relaunch ephPod. Im not 100% sure that will get it to work, but if you play around with it enough it should work. 3.) Now your ready to put music on the iPod, or even take it off and transport it to your 98 SE machine for listening. Post your questions and comments here if you need help with it. Enjoy

i always have loved the unreal tourney games. i have GOTY edition of the original unreal tournament game and the original unreal game. my brother has Unreal tourney 2003 and unreal II he awakening. both great games, however Unreal II is a lot different than what i though, i prefer the first 2 or 3 levels, but after that it gets really messed lol. i prefer levels and missions like the first few in unreal II. i wonder what 2007 will play like.

yah, thats what im thinking. vista is a higher priority, MS would get more from vista than SP3. hopefully though, they keep supporting XP for a while yet, im not upgrading to vista. from what i have seen in the beta, theyre changing and removing to much for me to really like it anymore. ill change to linux before i change the vista, which might happen if they stop support XP. personally, XP is the best os they have released yet (apart from 2000 and 2003) its the best one for laptops imo though, looks the nicest on LCD screens.

Giving Microsoft's past, how long do you guys think it will be before SP3 is released? i hear its supposed to be out later next year, but givin ms's past, i think it might be out later than that. i say around 2008 is when we can look forward to downloading and installing a 400mb patch :lol:

very, very true. i only have 9 members on my forum, 7 of which who have posted something worth while, and 2 of those are my own accounts lol. my forum is dieing though, it hasnt seen a new member in a while.

lol yah, more posts always draw more attention. think of how MSFN started i wonder what it looked like a long time ago.
