The updates are named to automatically have the correct order, it takes a couple clicks to add them in WinToolkit (see the tutorial). I have counted 49 integrated updates and 4 installed at runonce for the May 2018 Update list.

If you copy the file rar.reg in the setup folder, the old default theme will be applied. Rewritten the creation of the sfx config file: now the parameters are dynamically created when corresponding options are used (previously all parameters where added even if not used). If you embed theme(s) and create an AddOn, the sfx in the SVCPACK AddOn will be copied in a temp folder then executed at RunOnce (this way you can remove the install media after the install is finished). You can now install WinRAR 32 bits on a 64 bits Windows.

I've downloaded Windows 7 Pro SP1 Upgrade X64 French, and the SHA1 is f9f0512f7ca5e2cd1502a41f6e88d80f4655bbcd wich is the same than Windows 7 Pro SP1 X64 French. So yes, I can confirm they are the same.

Do you have checked the downloaded file against corruption (with SHA1 or similar) ? Do you have checked the blank DVD wasn't scratched before burning ? Do you have verified the DVD after burning it ? Do you have tried with and USSB key ? These steps are needed to be sure it's not the media or install files that are faultly.

I've read in RUFUS FAQ that a partitionned USB key will only shows the first partition in Windows anyway.

It's simple: don't partition your key, just use folders.
