    Why custom themes don't have close window button on active window highlighted as default theme?

    evlo posted a post in a topic in Microsoft Windows 7
    I searched most popular themes on deviant art and found out that non of themes have button for close window highlighted on active windows - is there any particular reason for that or is it just coincidence?
