[Solved] tweak administrative tools on wintoolkit
ianymaty replied to Vishera's topic in Win Toolkit
You know, I know, some people here knows too how to use own reg files but new users I doubt they all know. Can't remember who was saying that WinToolkit is the Swiss Army Knife... so if can be, why not? All I was asking was to be complete not just a part of it customizable. -
As you asked to put this in the request... Here are the missing items: Enable context menus and dragging and dropping : Start_EnableDragDrop Highlight newly installed programs : Start_NotifyNewApps Open submenus when I pause on them with the mouse pointer : Start_AutoCascade Search other files and libraries : Start_SearchFiles Search programs and Control Panel : Start_SearchPrograms Sort All Programs menu by name : Start_SortByName Number of recent programs to display : Start_MinMFU Number of recent items to display in Jump Lists : Start_JumpListItems And please rename this items to reflect how they are shown on Start menu > Customize... Devices & Printers -> Devices and Printers : Start_ShowPrinters Favourites -> Favorites menu : StartMenuFavorites Help & Support -> Help : Start_ShowHelp HomeGroup -> Homegroup : Start_ShowHomegroup Personal TV -> Personal folder : Start_ShowUser Recent Docs -> Recent Items : Start_ShowRecentDocs Run -> Run command : Start_ShowRun Use small icons on Start Menu -> Use large icons : Start_LargeMFUIcons

So you don't see this blue bar at the top and this button? Maybe it's something on your system or browser. Try with other browsers.
-
Ignore what's on that pages. Just wait a few seconds whats counted on top right corner on the blue bar and click the yellow button with SKIP...

[Solved] tweak administrative tools on wintoolkit
ianymaty replied to Vishera's topic in Win Toolkit
Now if you add the missing ones, the Start menu can be fully customizable from Win Toolkit. Devices & Printers -> Devices and Printers : Start_ShowPrinters Favourites -> Favorites menu : StartMenuFavorites Help & Support -> Help : Start_ShowHelp HomeGroup -> Homegroup : Start_ShowHomegroup Personal TV -> Personal folder : Start_ShowUser Recent Docs -> Recent Items : Start_ShowRecentDocs Run -> Run command : Start_ShowRun Use small icons on Start Menu -> Use large icons : Start_LargeMFUIcons -
[Solved] tweak administrative tools on wintoolkit

Actualy there are a few Start menu tweeks that you (Lego) didn't implemented in when you did my request for Start Menu. ( I can't find the thread now since it's deleted, here was a link to it but it's a dead end http://www.wincert.net/forum/topic/10506-more-in-depth-start-menu-options/?p=91103 ) If you have the time look here for what you can http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/265-start-menu-customize.html -
Hey, this is really good news. I was confident you'll find a way to be able to to this. This saves a lot of time. Good work.

[Rebuilt] .NET Framework 4.5.2 Full x86/x64 (9-19-2014)
ianymaty replied to ricktendo's topic in Installer Repacks
Since the LP for Windows 7 exists, I thought there is an LP for .NET too, just like for IE9. You are right, there isn't. I'll use the english version than. Thanks. -
As I understand, Prerequisite means is needed for other updates to install correctly that's why Prerequisites will be integrated first before others.

Hi Rick, can you add Romanian ro-RO LP, please? Thanks. -

To all and everyone... Happy New Year 2013!

Nice present for Christmas. :prop: Merry Christmas !

I agree with Rick. 3 HDD's died on me and others suffered some degrade in the 1 year warranty period before I got my UPS. Now it's about 5 years since I got it and all HDD's work well even if some of them have more than 1500 - 1800 days of continuos uptime and stoped degrading. The oldest (WDC WD3000JS-19PDB0) counts 2164 days of work and still contains my system partition installed almost 3 years ago (28.03.2010).

Make a request and maybe Lego will find a way to make another optional sepatate folder to gether all the other files that aren't .msu or .cab for those who want them.
-
That is correct. It was requested to leave only the .msu files in the update folder so all other files will be moved to old. Anyway some files aren't updates or not directly integratable as are the .msu files so why bother with them.

Happy B-Day Kels!

Isn't the "Add 'All Tasks' to Desktop context-menu" the same thing?
