Hi mooms, Oracle has not updated the Server yet, under the link is only the x64-version You can download the x86 from here, but be careful, only manual installation (Manuelle Installation)
-
Not at the moment.

I can confirm this too! After OS-install I installed KB4040973, WU asked for KB4041083 with a size of 2.6MB (x64); I installed KB4019990 and the request has gone! On a second VM I installed KB4040973, thenWU asked for KB4041083 with a size of 2.6MB (x64); I installed the request from WU and got KB4019990 in the list of installed updates!

Hi, what do you mean? I experienced on a new installation the bug with the missing DLL has been solved since the rollup of june (no need for KB4019990 anymore) Of course this KB may be necessary on updating a system, if the user installs .NET-FW 4.7. But let us wait for .NET-FW 471, may be the bug will be solved definitively ...

Thanks NIM! this is a good hint.
-
Yes, but not in the actual software . Let's say, 2 years ago. It would be good when giving hints referring to another post in forum.

It would be nice, if the "posts-number" (#12345) can be back...

@rhahgleuhargh & @pennsylvaniaron 3rd test: again all fresh, importing the full UL and, when the mask with the 4 known issues comes, nothing checked, only pressed "Continue"! In TAB Updates deleted the 4 "Known Issues": no integration issues, no "half-hidden" integration of them! @pennsylvaniaron Indeed ! First of all: if you mean, you don't need the 4 KBs, why do you import them??? This is a nonsense! 1) If you use Telemetry.exe without changes, you don't need to import/move/delete KB2533552: it will be hidden by telemetry.exe 2) If you import them, do not check them when the mask "Known Issues" comes and delete them under "Updates/Known issues". Why? Right, it happens with only KBs too. a.) PLEASE, make a fresh PRESET.INI with only Updates (keep in mind what I wrote before) and test an integration with it. b.) If it's OK, reload a fresh ISO, use this preset.ini and add your add-on, silent installers, tweaks and what you need, but save it under another name as a.) And, very important, do not change continuously the way or the sequence, keep always a copy or description of what is working! Otherwise you make us and, more important, yourself confused.

I did a test too ! New ISO en-US Win7 HPx64, full UL (Convenience), IE11 en-US, same sequence as described by @pennsylvaniaron: KBs imported in WTK, 4 KBs are marked to be moved under Silent SFX, moved them, under Silent SFX deleted the 4 KBs, back under Updates and moved KB2685811 & 13 to Silent. Started the integration and watched the process (my eyes became like 2 monitors ) and, indeed, after integration of KB4034664 WTK integrated the 4 "Know issues" too, but I got an error at the end regarding KB2603229 & KB3046269! I'll do another test today. Edit: 2nd test done, issue confirmed.

@pennsylvaniaron If you use a preset, where this KBs are still there as "Known issues", they will be integrated, even if you put them under SFX too! Are you sure ? Try once more the way described in the @rhahgleuhargh`s tutorial: 1) All the downloaded (actual UL!) KBs in a new folder. 2) Under "Options" check "Move known problems Updates to "Silent Installers". 3) Without using a preset import in WTK IE11 and all the KBs from that folder; you get this mask, check all and continue 4) Move KB2685811 & 13 to the "Silent Installers", the result is this one; do not put them manually under "Silent Installers" otherwise you have them twice! 5) Check the Update-TAB: 6) Save the preset for the next month!

@pennsylvaniaron I don't really understand, what you have done and what was the reason for the issue, sorry! I just integrated and installed (VirtualBox) Win7 HP (English) with absolutely no issues! Did you set WUD in this way? With this settings you don't need to download all updates every month! WindowsUpdateDownloader removes automatically the older files (not listed anymore in the new UL) from your DL-folder; you need only to uncheck for example KB3004375 or other KBs, if you don't need them. Of course you need a fresh ISO, but, again, you don't need to download it every month, the ISO does not change.

Windows ISO Downloader_Other languages windows 7 Pro
Thiersee replied to ivanrivas8's topic in Windows ISO Downloader
If you use WinToolkit you have a point in there "Remove ei.cfg": after loading the ISO, on the bottom. -
@rhahgleuhargh The optional KB4032113 contains KB4024848 (NET-FW 4.7) & KB4014596 (NET-FW 3.5.1). As I read in an Italian forum KB4014596 should replace KB4014504 (in the UL), but after installing a DeepClean did not uninstall it. In KB4032113 there is an "hidden" request too (not of interest for the ULs): KB4019990; if this one ist not installed (even if not necessary anymore after june-rollup) KB4032113 is still requested, but with only 2,7 MB; similar to the story of SP1 ---> KB2533552.... Tested with x64.

Why don't you post it in Thunderbird-Thread? There is the @mooms's add-on for Thunderbird....

The WinCert Platform has been purchased by HeiDoc
Thiersee replied to Jan Krohn's topic in Announcements
Hi Jan, in last june I received an email from a Mr. Thibaud de La Villarmois, saying he has bought the plattform a couple of month ago What is now correct? BTW, the "donate-link" on Wincert is the same. -
I confirm, it doesn't work too. Installed with KB4025341 (WTK) and KB2506143 only (WPI): WU asks for KB4025341 and KB2823180; installing only KB2823180: WU still asks for KB2823180 (reduced size). On my opinion, even if KB4025341 has been asked with full size, only a part of is needed, because the installation time is a lot shorter.

Not exactly : I install Win7 with the ISO from June: WMF 3.0 is installed by WPI, not by WTK "Silent Installers + SFX", after WIN7 has been installed and restarted. After this I let WU search for updates and get KB4025341. What I haven't tested yet: to install only KB2506143 (WMF 3.0) without the two updates KB2809900 & KB2823180 (x86) or KB2809900 & KB2823180 & 2809215 (x64); I'll try it.
