  1. Done in the VM I installed yesterday: after restart WU requests KB3153171, KB3139923 & KB3172605! Re-installed KB3172605: all the three requests disappeared. I'll do today fresh integrations with the new ULs and report.
  2. @rhahgleuhargh Just finished the test (VM) for x64, German, HomePremium (fresh install) without KB3161561: WU does NOT request it.
  3. Fresh install x86-DE HomePremium (UL 09-08-2016) without the two superseded KBs, but with the new two: NO particular requests from WU. BTW, can you give the complete date to the ULs? Thanks
  4. @rhahgleuhargh I installed the two KBs in a VM with x64, Prof, Italian. Even if MS says KB3177723 supersedes KB3162835 (and KB3179573 should supersede KB3161561, but I didn't find info), a DeepCleaning did not uninstall the two superseded KBs, they have been skipped "due to branch elevating"
  5. @rhahgleuhargh My tests in 5 VMs: Convenience Rollup, added the august-updates to the UL, both x86 & x64, German & Italian, Professional and HomePremium NO issues or WU-Requests after install; I don't care of KB3161602 because I remove TabletPC in WTK. Deep Cleaning uninstalls unly KB2534111 (media refresh). Thiersee
  6. Of course, KB3175443 is the IE11 update for august, the ULs are still from 22-07-2016 and not updated yet. From your LOG: may I ask you, which version is your Win7-ISO? Thiersee
  7. This was already in the UL from 22-07. KB3177725 (Patch-day august) is missing.
  8. KB3161664 has been already replaced by KB6168965 on the last patch day in july. BTW, on fresh installs (VM, Convenience Rollup) I don't have any uninstalled KBs; OK only KB2534111 . Thiersee
  9. KB3035583, KB3123862 & KB3173040 aren't requested anymore by WU.
  10. @rhahgleuhargh Could spaces in the path be a problem and, maybe, the reason for his error? If I remember well, spaces in the path have been a problem in WTK in the past.
  11. In the same folder where the .cmd-file is! Try to download the SFX-Maker again, unpack it in an empty folder, don't touch other files, only start the .cmd from this new folder, nothing more. If you start the cmd for classic way you get a W10.exe, if you start for convenience rollup you get a rollup.exe.
  12. In the instruction is exactly written, what you have to do: Eventually edit the .vbs-file, if you need, and then You don't have to unpack or start other files, the .cmd-file generates an SFX-file and this SFX you have to put in your RunOnce-section, nothing less and nothing more!
  13. Indeed, it doesn't work! Only with installing KB2533552 manually the request for SP1 disappear. I'll try; TXT-file or Word?
  14. @rhahgleuhargh The last quote in the previous post to pennsylvaniaron gave me the idea to put KB2533552 in the script instead of Service Pack SP1 (KB976932), for the case that MS releases another patch needing a part of SP1.... When WU asks for KB976932 it's the same to accept the request or install manually KB2533552. BTW, should I try to translate the tutorial in Italian (ev. in German too)?
  15. and from tutorial, page 7 You can't put the .vbs script directly in WTK, you have to generate the .EXE first, starting eiter "For classic integration.cmd" or "For Convenience Rollup.cmd"! What you see without extension is only the name of the SFX. BTW, there is an "Instruction.txt" too.... You don't need that, KB976932 is already in there!
  16. @pennsylvaniaron Hi Ron, @rhahgleuhargh released a tutorial, here the link: http://www.mediafire.com/download/55j7c592c6y4qkb/TUTO+eng.pdf
  17. @rhahgleuhargh Very good! just some typos: At least .NET Framework 2.0 is required for this program This is French... should be numbering or numeration (if you trust Google-Translator) The first picture should be in english, I appended one.
  18. No, they have been already integrated in the first step you did. After I install the pure Windows with updates only I start a WindowsPostInstaller session; in this session I've two groups of programs. one, I can install or not, and one I install every time. I this last group I have an SFX-archive containing updates not integrable offline, for example the two mentioned. Of course, because it seems they have been integrated, but as I said, KB2533552 has not, and you dont see it in the list of installed updates, but you get for sure (pic 7) a request for KB976932 (Service Pack 1) with 9.1 MB: this is KB2533552! Try to install KB2533552, instead of accept the request of WU for KB976932, and this request disappear. after a new search. KB2603229 has been integrated, but i wouldn't have the feature it should have, because is not integrable offline. It seem's they have been integrated.... Regards, Thiersee
  19. @bigbloke KB3125574 needs two KBs installed as "Prerequisite": KB3020369 & KB2670838. Did you put them as "Prerequisite" in WTK? Regards, Thiersee
  20. @pennsylvaniaron Hi Ron, today I made some tests for you ! 1) Downloaded english-ISO Win7 HomePremium with the tool i linked in my previous post. 2) Integrated WUD UL 22.07.2016 (sections 2, 3, 5, 6 and IE11.exe from "English Setup Files") + NFW 4.6.1 (link in my previous post), KB3020369 & KB2670838 are set as "Prerequisite": NO errors, NO issues, nothing! 3) Installed in a VM (VirtualBox 5.1.2): again NO issues, no errors, nothing! 4) Started sfc /scannow: NO errors! 5) installed and started MBAM: no errors, no trojans, nothing! BUT: one update has not been installed (but NO errors), even if it is under Silent-SFX in WTK: KB2533552! This update is NOT integrable offline! KB2603229 has been integrated, but has no effect, is only like a place-holder; this update is NOT integrable offline too! It means you have to integrate this two KBs in a running Windows! You can follow the same sequence: in this way you have a definitely working ISO with all updates and NFW. Last but not least: with the "Classic way" the integration takes on my system half an hour longer to finish and the ISO is bigger (~= 500 MB). I appended some pictures and the INI I used for the integration: unpack the archive and have a look . BTW: the requested 3 updates (pict 6) are for RDP (optional) and the Service Pack 1 (pict 7) is KB2533552, the other 7 (pict 7) are for W10! Regards, Thiersee Pictures_for_Ron.7z
  21. Years ago??? Then download please a fresh & actual ISO with this tool: https://www.heidoc.net/joomla/technology-science/microsoft/67-microsoft-windows-iso-download-tool Why don't you download the .EXE file of IE (English Setup Files in WUD)? NFW 4.6.1 I use this one: http://repacks.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=7&sid=78c219a4e40ff62adcbca1e2296d0d26 you can try it under Silent-SFX with switch /y
  22. Of course, it needs a working installation (online) or the updates since SP1 (integration offline), no matter if with Convenience Rollup or in the "Classic" way. What do you mean with "only 3172605"?
  23. @pennsylvaniaron No matter, I have time (I'm retired) and I must be patient (for family reasons...). This is not what I said, sorry! ONLY the updates from WUD-UL! Otherwise you can't say if the reason for issues a update or a silent-SFX or an addon or... Doing this way has an advantage: you have at the end an image, that definitely works and you can use this image to integrate all you drivers, silents and so on, without integrating every time all the updates too, if a couple of addon or driver must be updated. Please, do an integration only with updates! BTW, with Convenience Rollup sfc does'nt seems to fail, it fails! Which 4 updates wants to go to silents? KB2685811 & KB2685813 are for the Framework Management: here I think if NFW 4.6.1 is not installed correctly it could be the reason for the uninstalling. KB3004375 is not necessary for HomePremium. KB3075220 is only necessary if you don't install RDP 8.1.
