Did you intentionally upload unpacked ULs?

Hi Rick, I use your repack every time successfully, the last one too. Yesterday (patch-day) an update for FW 4.6.1, KB3136000, has come and successfully installed by WU, but it will be "proposed" by WU again and again ! Do you have any idea, why? Could be possible that it's not compatible with your repack, but only with a "normal" installation? Regards, Thiersee

I didn't intentionally patch the uxtheme.dll.... I tried the installation of the ISO (W7 HP x86) in a x86-VM: error a x64-VM: error a x64-VM with 8GB RAM assigned: error both with a "reduced" w10.vbs: error I got the error with the ISO of january too: this ISO was working! I don't really know, what has been changed or what I did in another way . If I don't get it working I must install without this w10.vbs, then move every single w10-related patch, with multiple search on WU, because after moving the first group, other patches appears. VirtualBox (RAM 4GB, 2 cores used): I use version 4.3.12; with the actual version 5.x.x I get an error, if I try to start a VM. To much W10-updates? Could be a possibility; I will try it tomorrow. Thiersee

Hi everybody, I need some help for two issues I have since last patch-day; they regard only Win7 HP x86. 1) After installing Win7 I start WPI and the first program is W10.exe: after a couple of minutes W10.exe stops running and says "Runtime error in vbs, error-nr. 800A0007"; I quit the error with OK and WPI continues with the other programs. At the end the W10-related KBs are not moved to the section for excluded KBs. 2) After WPI has finished and the machine rebooted I start a search in WU: no chance, I got the error 8007000E; if I re-register wups2.dll the search works: I found the hint in internet. To re-register: net stop wuauserv regsvr32 /s %windir%\system32\wups2.dll net start wuauserv I tested with: a. UL 09-09-2016: update, RDP, IE11 and the first three additional updates b. VirtualBox (x86-VM) c. the same INI I've used since months! Those INIs have been working until january. With Win7-x64 HomePremium and Professional (italian or german) absolutely no problems! Do somebody know, where can I begin to search, what is different or what I made wrong? Thanks in advance for your hints or help., Thiersee

Further a back-search on KB3121212 says it has been replaced by KB3126593 and KB3126587; at the same time MS-Catalog says for both KB3126587 & KB3126593 they replaced KB3121918 & 3121212. Hi mooms, I tried it many times in 2 VMs with the old and the new installer: JRE 8u66 installed, then updated to 71/72 ---> 8u66 (8u71) has been uninstalled; updated the existing 8u72 to 8u73/74, 8u72 has not been uninstalled. 8u73 installed and updated to 8u74, 8u73 has not been uninstalled. Edit: I think I found what caused the error: in every line ECHO SetEnvironment="DelOldVer=%%%%P:hidcon:cmd /c For /F \"tokens=2 delims={}\" %%a In ('Reg Query %%swUninst_%%%%P%% ^| FINDSTR \"%GUID%\"') Do exeExec /x{%%a}">> "32.cfg" you wrote exeExec, but this command does not exist: I changed it in MSIexec and it works. Installed 8u72, updated to 8u74: every time the previous (or already installed) version has been uninstalled. An already installed 8u74 has been uninstalled too.

Hi mooms, Installer has been created, but: 1) No question about "administrative install" 2) Installer-size 35% bigger than with admin-installer 3) Very bad: it does not uninstall previous versions. Regards, Thiersee Edit: may be that point 3) has to do with the oracle-change in the installer?

You can download the english version (mooms) and the http://adf.ly/1713566/dotnet46intsfx (from first post), so you can LPs to the english version. Which language do you need? The links for LPs are not working too, so I could attach one LP (if max 1MB) to my post. Thiersee

Hi, just a "strange" request from WU: since yesterday KB2919469 (nov. 2014!) is requested by WU as important on ALL my newly (16.01.16) installed PCs, no matter if VM or real HW, 32- or 64-bit, HomePremium or Professional, German or Italian! I'm 100% sure it was not requested after installation (on test installation I make always a deep cleaning and a new search after rebooting). On my work-pc and on my wife's laptop (both installed 3-4 month ago) this update is not requested! Someone the same? Used UL: 12.01.2016. BTW, KB3102429 is proposed again by WU as optional. It is KB2533552, it's not integratable offline. You can try to install KB2533552 after you installed Win7 and rebooted, the request will not appear. Regards, Thiersee

Hi rhahgleuhargh, A strange layout in Start-Menu: not the normal start-button, but one similar to the picture (with the windows logo), lighter-colored as normal and sometimes with an almost empty Start menu; this I had repetitive. and this was the reason to go back to 1.5.4.3. This one: http://www.wincert.net/forum/topic/13086-ramdisk-scratchdir/?hl=ramdisk (post from abbodi1406, posted 30 mai 2015), the modified version v27; note my following answer. Please note: for the integration I mount the install.wim in a RAM-Disk; temp-folders are on another RAM-Disk too. I don't know, if it works with Win 10 too. Regards, Thiersee
