I'm back again after 2 more installations . If I keep this two KBs under "Updates" and install, I get two lines "Kernel-Mode Driver Framework (kb2865811)" and one line "User-ModeDriver Framework (kb2685813)"; after a windows-cleaning and restart I have only one line for KB2685811 and one for KB2685813. If I put the two KBs under "Silent Installers" I get just one line per KB.

Hi Mooms, I installed W7 prof, then I did a cleaning and 4 updates have been uninstalled: KB2685811 KB2743555 KB2836942 (.NET-FW) KB2840149 Then I installed again without this four KBs and searched for updates with WU: WU asked for KB2685811! KB2685813 is still installed and has NOT been uninstalled during cleaning. Thiersee

Hi Lego, in my last "integrating run" I got an error during integration of a IE11-KB. It was my fault because I selected the wrong ISO, italian ISO and preset with german IE11 , but I got the error during the integration of and for the first KB after the IE11 and NOT during IE11-integration! I think I should get the error already during IE11-integration, or not? Regards, Thiersee

Hi Frank, I use VirtualBox and when I built an ISO (with WTK) I can mount it in the VB and install the OS; to get a bootable USB to install I use the MS-Tool. Regards, Thiersee

I mean my preset-INI to integrate the updates, but I think it's the same. I'm trying to keep my install-ISO as small as possible (I send a DVD to my brother in Italy;); at the moment my ISO fits on a DVD and so is every MB worth to delete not neede KBs.

J'en parlais dans ce post. Clic droit sur C: -> Propriétés -> Nettoyage de disque -> Nettoyer les fichiers systèmes -> OK. Ensuite, lire le contenu du fichier C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\DeepClean.log En général les maj désinstallées sont listées à la fin du fichier, on cherche ce genre de lignes: à noter que KB2685811 et KB2685813 apparaissent parfois comme désinstallées mais ne le sont pas réellement (je suppose qu'une partie seulement est désinstallée). Ensuite tu redémarre Windows pour que les maj obsolètes soient désinstallées, et tu vérifies dans Mise à jours installées que les maj en question ont vraiment été désinstallées, si c'est le cas tu peux les supprimer de ta liste. ..... I know, I wrote already in the past about this issue, but I don't find my thread or my post to bump it .... I made an update-integration with WTK-AIO and I forgot to exclude KB2533552 and KB2603229; OK they have been moved to SFX-Silent Installers. No problem will you mean, I can cancel them and it is what I did. I was very surprised seeing that KB233552 has been installed, even I if deleted it from the list. Exactly this I've done since version 1.4.38.5, as Lego introduced multi-threading (second tab in WinToolkit RunOnce) . I tried yesterday the installation of the single hotfixes (not in an SFX with batch) and it has been working again.

No problem . My experience is to have a look in both the WU-Catalog AND the Security Bulletins because sometimes there are differences :sad01_anim: ! For me too! Yes, I know, I found this KB in the list from WHD, but as I said I don't know a link for it; if I download the hotfix I get a link fro MS (per email). I tried already to integrate those extracted .msu, but WinToolkit had problems with: extracted file and the download from WHD had different checksums...

...... 2) Yes, probably an update, even if it's a V2. This update was asked on my both x86 and x64 editions. I had a look on Windows Update catalog, updates are dated on 2014/06/10. So it supersedes the previous one (may 2014). It's a newer Version, but not too new to get -V3 in the name the version number in the contained .xml is 6.1.2.1 for the "old" (Mai 2014) and 6.1.2.3 for the new one. Edit: It seems KB2952664-v2, dated 10-06-2014, is only available through Windows Update (I didn't find any other sources!). Anyway if I integrate version 2, dated 09-05-2014, WU does NOT ask for the "newer". No problem! I'm testing now with modified Mai-lists .

Hi, May be, but: 1) The last version of IE11 was with KB2953522 (Mai 2014) 2) Have a look here (Paket details) and here: KB2957689 replaces both! and if you follow back the previous security bulletins you will see KB2964358 has released before KB2953522. 3) If you look at KB2964358 you will see that it has been replaced by KB2953522 and KB2957689. BTW, in your list from 17-05-2014 KB2964358 is under eliminated (<!-- MAJ supprimées -->).

WTK should do it automatically, but if MS releases a new update Lego has to "hard code" it in WTK. Regards, Thiersee

VM or PC? I don`t know, if I can call the Taskmanager in the VM during install.

Here am I back! During 3 more tests with only 1GB assigned to the VM did not have any issue. So I believe the issue was just "random" (no explanation why) or the VM run just on the "border" of the RAM-capability. Anyway from today onwards I'll will assigne 4GB to the VM. For me is the bug solved. @KEiGHT You are right, for a normal good run W7 should have at least 2GB RAM, but then I can't imagine, why it has been working until now with only 1GB. Thiersee
