WUD is not WUD ! It depends on, what updates you download (UL-Lists!).

Hi Liam, you probably forgot to "hard-code" the last IE11-Update KB2953522 . It goes in the "Updates" section but it must go in the IE11-section, otherwise it (and all other IE11-related KBs) don't get installed (black cross). Another issue regarding not only IE11, but ALL moved KBs: if I move an update to the "Prerequisite"-section and I save the INI, on loading the saved INI the moved object is again in the "Updates"-section; during my last integration I forgot this problem and I got immediately the issue with KB2953522... This issue is present since the first version where you buit in the three sections Prerequisites, Updates and Intenet Explorer. Regards, Thiersee

Which updates? Post #3 is after patch-day 13.05.2014, i.e. I've integrated the actual patches FROM WU. After that all tests wiith WTK 1.4.38.5, 1.4.39.6 and 1.4.38.9 have the issue! Yesterday and today I installed at least 10 times my Win7 Pro x64, both in Italian and German, on real hardware and VM (VirtualBox). With the other versions, 1.4.38.4, 1.4.38.7 and 1.4.38.8 NO ISSUE! I integrate WU-patches only, plus .NET-FW 4.5.2 plus TeamViewer.

Hi volks Hi 2mg, I use exactly the WindowsUpdateDownloader (WUD) with this lists for the WUD to install Win7 Pro/HP x64 and x86. The list are for french-users but the only french files are XP-Modus (if you need/want it) and the IE11: if you download the english (or wathever) files and copy in the installation folder you have all the updates satisfying WU. BTW, it's very simple to modifiy the lists to get IE11 and XP-Mode in english without downloading it separately. Regards, Thiersee P.S.: the thread is in normally french but english is accepted too.

The only problem with this two updates is, the links from MS download a selfextracting zip-archive and the user must uncompress it. Thiersee

I tried today the WUD with the list from user rhahgleuhargh (post #342), modified for german and italian: no issues, no difficulties, but: 1) I deleted KB2533552 and KB2603229 from "Silent-Installers+SFX" (WKT puts them there), but during integration KB2533552 goes back to the "Silent Installers"! 2) KB2603229 (deleted from Silent Installers!) is integrated with the "normal" updates! Hi rhahgleuhargh, is the IE11 the only file specific for french or are there other french files in the list? Do you have a x86 list too? I would use the list for german or italian, of course changing the file for IE11. Regards, Thiersee

With a download-manager I got the complete download, MD5 is correct; the DL showed, that the connection has been broken many times! Thiersee
