MRT y Silverlight claro que si, visual c++ runtimes ya están actualizado, solo que Microsoft Update los quiere volver a instalar. Este problema ya lo resolví (omitiendo las entradas de registro) Si quieres actualizar a silverlight y mrt tu mismo puedes agregar el mrt.exe que esta en \system32 y el nuevo instalador de silverlight.exe (renombrado slvrlite.exe) y agregarlo al upl...para que no te salga el c++ extraiga el addon de .net 5eu y elimine la sección de [registry_addreg] y todo lo que haya abajo y vuelves a comprimirlo

Extraes el addon, copias el EXE del addon de .net 1.0 y lo agregas a el addon de .net 5eu, editas el entries_*.ini para agregar el nombre del instalador nuevo mas -ai

Testeado con 512MB de ram sin problemas (comp. ultra lzma2)
