Este problema ya lo resolví (omitiendo las entradas de registro) Si quieres actualizar a silverlight y mrt tu mismo puedes agregar el mrt.exe que esta en \system32 y el nuevo instalador de silverlight.exe (renombrado slvrlite.exe) y agregarlo al upl...para que no te salga el c++ extraiga el addon de .net 5eu y elimine la sección de [registry_addreg] y todo lo que haya abajo y vuelves a comprimirlo

Extraes el addon, copias el EXE del addon de .net 1.0 y lo agregas a el addon de .net 5eu, editas el entries_*.ini para agregar el nombre del instalador nuevo mas -ai

nLite es creado para funcionar en cualquier SO que tenga .net framework 2.0 y este "error" también ha ocurrido en sistemas de XP No hay nada mas que agregar a este tema...duda/problema solucionado

If you dont integrate it with a updatepack the XP CAB's will not be extracted and files will not be updated in them, if you use nLite then use the nLite version, this does not have this problem IE launching is probably due to a installer finishing then trying to launch IE to go to the program website
