Now that I think about it the best way to make your driver unsigned is to simply delete the .CAT file. Then after you install your OS and the driver is installed successfully you can install the cert which will make your driver signed again This is better than editing the INF...I have no idea how to install the cert unattendedly but somebody may know

All you need to do is install alky (double click svcpack\alky_xp.exe and wait for a few seconds), if you dont have sp3 install KB940541, right click sidebar.inf and choose install...make sure you reboot after install
