    Yo creo que el supuesto error de que habla el es por el addon de nLite junto con los Microsoft Runtimes, no es nada solo que el addon de nLite tienes los archivos de C++ mas viejos que los del addon de MS Runtimes y nLite te dice que el archivo en el disco es mas nuevo que la del addon de nLite O puede ser un componente que esta removiendo el esta protegido por mi UpdatePack y nLite le advierte que le va a quitar el cheque y no remover X componente porque es requerido por X addon

    Si estas cansado de hacer discos cada rato nadie te esta obligando...el updatepack continuara a ser actualizado cada mes como siempre (con actualizaciones en medio del mes si hay actualizaciones importantes) Pegue tu ultimo session.ini

    I repeat do NOT patch the ASMS files you will **** up your XP install I have tried all sorts of patches even SFC patch and if one moddifies the ASMS files ant they dont match the .manifest hashes you will get a critycal error

    You do the RunProgram same as you would do it normally, you add what you want to happen when you double click it...the AutoInstall is extra it is what will happen if you add -ai to the exe, it will skip RunProgram and it will do whatever you put in AutoInstall sections in this case we add some reg entries to not run the installer now but to run it during 1st login Here is what your nLite example would look like corrected ;!@Install@!UTF-8! RunProgram="nLite-1.4.9.1.installer.exe /VERYSILENT /MERGETASKS=desktopicon /NORESTART" AutoInstall="hidcon:reg add HKLM\\Software\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\RunOnceEx\\nLite /ve /d \"nLite Addon\" /f" AutoInstall="hidcon:reg add HKLM\\Software\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\RunOnceEx\\nLite /v Install /d %%S\\ nLite_Addon.exe /f" GUIMode="2" ;!@InstallEnd@! See if you run nLite_Addon.exe it will install normally, but if you run it with the -ai switch it will not install, instead it will add ROEx entries with the path to wherever you launched nLite_Addon.exe from (thats what %%S is the path to the silent installer) and it will run and do whatever is in RunProgram BTW I added the extra Reg Add line you can remove it you dont need it but this is what it will display (disregard the error box)

    Esto estara resuelto en el siguiente updatepack, gracias por confirmar mis sospechas Resolucion sera que los archivos .adm no seran copiados si no existen

    Yes you need to add the AutoInstall section and during svcpack you need to launch your 7zsfx.exe with the command -ai example [EditFile] I386\SVCPACK.INF,SetupHotfixesToRun,AddProgram [AddProgram] NameOfInstaller.exe -ai This way the program will not install it will simply add the RunOnceEx entries and when your PC reboots and you 1st log in the installer will be launched (without the -ai switch) and it will do what is in RunProgram section of config.txt BTW the example config.txt is on the 1st post

    Cryder Se agrega el updatepack a un disco limpio, nunca integres el updatepack sobre un disco que hayas modificado previamente babyboom666 elimina menos componentes, creo que uno de estos archivos esta causando el error...mira dentro de i386 a ver si falta alguno (esto va a estar corregido en el siguiente updatepack, no voy a usar copyfiles) conf.adm (.ad_) inetres.adm (.ad_) system.adm (.ad_) Javo los que no tienen comando estan empakados con 7zip sfx, el comando esta integrado en el ejecutable

    That is because there are two version of comctl32.dll, one is in the winsxs dir thats why some of the windows dont have the vista style bitmaps because different programs use a different comctl32.dll

    Make sure the config.txt is utf8 format

    The reason I did not patch this file with Viso was because if you do you will get a asms error during 1st part of the XP gui setup, the file is comctl32.dll and the path is: I386\ASMS\60\MSFT\WINDOWS\COMMON\CONTROLS\COMCTL32.DL_ Like I said patch it after windows is installed, make some kinda replacement addon or something (this is very hard to do I have tried) Best to use Restorator and apply a .res file with the bitmaps...this way file prottection will not restore it

    mrt.exe pesa un poquitito menos que la del mes pasado pero eso no es, un beneficio del updatepack es que las actualizaciones obsoletas las detecto inmediatamente y se cancelan pero tampoco es la razon por la reduccion de tama

    Aqui esa misma pregunta con la respuesta Haga lo mismo que hizo el menos cambiar el primer casillo de "Idioma", ese no se debe cambiar

    You for some reason dont have tskill.exe in system32, extact it from your xp cd and try again

    Updated, removed away mode its crap Small tweak to MEDCTROC.INF Make sure if you use the old Vista Media Center to dl the Windows 7 Media Center instead, because of the small change in MEDCTROC.INF (you will not notice much of a difference only the startup sound)

    OK otro lugar para buscar por entradas para boot screens especiales es HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\winlogon -> "winlogo" No miras un .EXE o .BMP en esta locacion?

    Es basicamente Virtual PC y los programas corren mediante Remote desktop en una ventanita Instalo mi Windows XP actualizado con el UpdatePack dentro de la maquina virtual de Windows 7 (incluyo un addon de Integration Components que es como VMware Tools) y como miras coloca algunos acessos directos para los programas que tengo dentro de la maquina virtual que integre junto con el UpdatePack en el menu de inicio de Windows 7 y al lanzarlos como vez empiezan la maquina virtual pero no empiezan a Windows XP sino solo lanzan la ventana del programa ejemplo el ImgBurn o el Windows Search XD hasta advertencia para el Centro de seguridad de XP (diciendo que nesesito instalar un antivirus) me sale en Windows 7

    I think he is welcoming himself (lost in the translation) BTW KB961742-v3 may be a good one to add to your list, this is what it does to XP in Windows 7 Virtual PC (there is also one for Vista)
