No creo que call sleep funcione, nunca lo he visto usar Intente esto (quitale el >nul si quieres) Setup.exe /S cmd /c ping -n 3 127.0.0.1 >nul taskkill /F /IM ares.exe Eso te hace ping a tu actual PC tres veces y tarda tres segundos, puedes aumentar los pings cambiando el numero despues de -n

antes de tu comando ponga cmd /c ejemplo cmd /c reg add hklm\etc\etc
