Your problem is sidebar styler... It needs .Net framework 3.0 Uninstall it and you will see, no more problems

You use WINNT.SIF to accomplish this, just make a your theme addon add this to WINNT.SIF [Shell] CustomDefaultThemeFile="%ResourceDir%\Themes\Windows XP Vistaluna Basic.Theme"
