Thats probably because you are using one of the foreign language gadgets on a english operating system If you want those gadgets to show up in gallery change all the xx-XX sub folders to en-US regardless of the gadget language

I think thats correct, PEChecksum makes sure the file actually has a checksum, I have noticed that files without one are the ones that usually get the copy error during textmode setupMinor update 8.1.1, added amnesia's ntmsmgr.dll, tweaked the copy dialog box a bit and also added fediafedia's Vista Run dialog box for XP Next I think will work on patching the files I did not because they were CABBED

I have experienced that ModifyPE error before also, never could figure it out... As for PEChecksum the command I use is correct, because it explicitly says "New Checksum" after its done processing

If you have greman OS then gadgets with de-DE folder will work (BTW en-US gadgets will work on any language Windows)And you do that by closing the Windows Sidebar and going in to the Gadgets directory and renaming each and every one of the lang folders from de-DE to en-US (don't do this if you are on German XP)

German version of sidebar will only work/patch correctly on english XP if you rename all de-DE gadget and mui folders to en-US

Correct ipd56, the API is different As for the WiFi gadgets its very odd, some gadgets work for some and not for others. By the looks of it NONE work for you sorry

Yes... I updated the addon with the newest Alky for Applications only, I used the RTM sidebar because thats the only version I have for that language. If they would upload the SP1 sidebar I would use that
