You have to download and install the Nero 8.1.1.3 Lite/Micro Compatibility Libraries, it installs and registers the Copy Medium Gadget Server If it doesn't you have to extract the files from Nero8.1.1.3lmDiscCopyLib.exe (use 7zip) - Copy NeroAPI.dll, NeroAPIEngine.dll and NeroAPIUnicode.dll to the Nero Burning Rom folder in %ProgramFiles% (you may have to register them with REGSVR32) - Copy NeroGadgetCMServer.bin and NeroGadgetCMServer.exe to %ProgramFiles%\Common Files\Nero\Lib and execute this command from a CMD or Run.. WSS cannot skin the gallery (except the buttons) you need WB, Vystal or TrueTransparency to achieve the glass borders

This has been fixed by the creator of Alky (Rafael) and will be available in Alky 4 Apps 1.1BTW this is where the gadget gets installed to: %UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows Sidebar\Gadgets

Dude the NeroDiscCopy.Gadget is in the RAR file, you extract it from the .rar and double click NeroDiscCopy.Gadget

Done... If you look on the end of my 1st post you will find the NeroDiscCopy.Gadget (in gadget format) and a bonus installer that will install the necessary files to enable compatibility with Nero Lite or Micro on either Vista or XP. Plz let me know if it worked on Vista.

I agree, this gadget should be included in nero 8 lite... I will immediately work on and upload the raw gadget and I will create a 7zip installer with the libraries needed for the gadget to work on nero 8 lite/micro.

Yep 3.71, I just reinstalled it and I confirm with my installer I get those 2 files

zipnew.dat and rarnew.dat are both used/copied when you right click and choose New -> WinRAR Archive and WinRAR Zip Arhive so yes these are standard and nessesary.

Its a bit hard to get working... But Rafael fixed it and it will be working in next alky for apps
