If you are going to have it startup on 1st login you might want to set the lang and include YzShadow.ini settings file so you don't get the "Select Language" popup

Yea but I have not tested the gadget You are going to have to ask the makers of VAIO to add support for it if it does not work for you

sbdrop.dll and wlsrvc.dll did not get registered, I think the INF failure is because it could not find regsvr32.exe in system32 directory, make sure its there and reinstall it. BTW you can fix the gadgets by copying regsr32.exe to windows sidebar directory and draging and dropping sbdrop.dll and wlsrvc.dll into it
