  1. Thats why I asked... I need a link to the file you installed, they are all different. This is the lite version I dl what one did you? http://www.demonoid.com/files/details/1254408/26111672/ Trust me, I can figure this one out and get your gadget working
  2. Something is wrong with your Nero installation. Try Running this: REGSVR32 "%ProgramFiles%\Nero Lite\Core\NeroAPI.dll"
  3. OK I downloaded the Nero Lite from Demonoid and I have a easy fix For some strange reason Nero Lite does not use the "%CommonProgramFiles%\Ahead\Lib" directory for anything Instructions: - Copy, Paste and Execute this in a "Run" box to open this directory: "%CommonProgramFiles%\Ahead\Lib" - Copy and paste these 2 files, NeroGadgetCMServer.bin & NeroGadgetCMServer.exe into "%ProgramFiles%\Nero Lite\Core" - Now Copy this into a "Run" box and Execute this to register the gadget server "%ProgramFiles%\Nero Lite\Core\NeroGadgetCMServer.exe" /RegServer - OK now you can delete "%CommonProgramFiles%\Ahead\Lib" directory with the old NeroGadgetCMServer.bin & NeroGadgetCMServer.exe, you don't need them anymore. BTW I will make you Nero Lite users a modded INF file that you can easily replace the original addon to change the install location of the gadget server, in case you plan on integrating the Gadget along with Nero Lite in the future. I just need to test the new INF first then I will update the addon and post a modded one for you Lite users to replace the original one with
  4. Updated see changelog for details
  5. I think Nero uninstall script does something like *.exe *.dll /UnRegServer or something of the sort unregistering all files in that folder, not sure EDIT: I'm gonna update the addon so that you can re-register the gadget server using the change button in Add/Remove Programs (it will also be uninstallable)
  6. Open a CMD or Run window and paste & run this "%CommonProgramFiles%\Ahead\Lib\NeroGadgetCMServer.exe" /RegServer This happens when you uninstall and reinstall Nero
  7. Install WLan API Hotfix to fix Delay Load Error, the link is on the first post And Install IE7 to get the correct gadget png transparencies
  8. Where did you get the lite version? I have to dl it and make the compatibility libraries installer, I had to do this for the previous lite and micro versions... BTW its not my fault it does not work, the fault is the makers of the Lite and Micro installers. They leave out some necessary files needed for the gadget.
  9. I don't really like 7zip icons so I use WinRAR as default viewer, I just use the 7zip shell extension mostly for those addons that really need uber compression
  10. Yes you have to make your own Nero AddOn using the AutoIt Script, or you can manually install it after windows setup using WPI
  11. OK dude gonna make a separate one that sets it as the default archiver EDIT: DONE! Added default archiver addon
  12. Dude you are using the wrong file... Download the wlan hotfix, I posted the link above. If your XP is not genuine and you cant dl the hotfix then you are out of luck, nobody is going to help you here. Stop using addon's as they are meant for slipstreaming not regular install
  13. Its a "SILENT" switch installer... This installs VAIO with no prompt or nothing, just go to Program Files and you will see VAIOXP is installed Reboot and install the rest of the software and sidebar that I gave you links to This AddOn is for slipstreaming into your XP CD that is why the VAIO in svcpack folder is silent, its for automatic installations
  14. Install VAIO, WLan API hotfix and reboot Make sure you have IE7 & WMP11 Install Sidebar using this installer instead and done
  15. Nice job mate... Gonna test and rate it
