I C... Kel can make you a custom RunWPI.exe that will set the default WPI theme. But one problem, after WPI Windows will change the theme back, that is where the winnt.sif entries can help

You shouldn't have to reboot, shortcuts should be there on first boot.

Patch the sidebar.exe file that is included in the zip not the one in Windows Sidebar directory... Then copy it to the sidebar directory overwriting the current one then right click on it and choose patch & run vista executable

My addon does not use the inf to copy the files to system32... It uses txtsetup.sif, look at the entries.ini.
