I really hate to burst your bubble but uxtheme.dll is THE dll for using unsigned themes. Considering the version of windows you are using you most likely trying to patch it with an incompatable patcher (out of date) how are you patching it?

No need to make it as an addon just reshack it and the modifyPE and makecab then simply drag, drop and replace.

This is an addon meant to be integrated with nLite as a hotfix or the RVM integrator. You need to use one of those two programs in conjunction with that.
